【摘要】：乡村旅游是基于“乡村”而发展起来的一种新兴旅游方式,它依托农村特有的旅游资源,以乡村性为主要特质,并借助农村的天然景观、传统建筑和民俗文化等人文客体作为旅游吸引物,摒弃传统农村休闲游注重“休闲”和传统农业体验游注重“体验”的弊端,充分拓展旅游的广度和深度,倡导人与自然和谐统一为旅游目的而兴起的旅游方式。娄底位于湖南的几何中心,是多元文化的交汇地,乡村旅游资源十分突出,发展乡村旅游在全省具有独特的区位和资源优势。近年来,娄底市提出打造“长株潭后花园”总体旅游发展概念,并将发展乡村旅游作为重要抓手,与当下蓬勃兴起的社会主义新农村建设紧密结合起来,让农民成为乡村旅游的最大受益者,将乡村旅游上升到富民工程的重要环节。但是,由于起步较晚,加之各方面条件的限制,娄底市的乡村旅游尚处在初级阶段,发展的空间亟需提升。本文在明晰乡村旅游概念和了解国内外研究的基础上,通过实地考察、文献分析、横向比较等方法,对娄底市乡村旅游产业的发展现状、存在的问题等进行了调研和分析,对娄底市乡村旅游的发展状况和发展思路进行系统梳理,提出了建设性的思路和对策,旨在为娄底市发展乡村旅游提供有益的借鉴。相比前人的研究,本文对娄底旅游发展思路的类型、运营情况及存在的问题,找出问题的根源,提出改进措施,以使发展主题的运营更加顺利高效,实现娄底旅游的健康和可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is a new type of tourism based on the "countryside". It relies on the unique tourism resources of the countryside, takes the rural nature as the main characteristic, and makes use of the natural landscape of the countryside. Traditional architecture and folk culture as tourist attraction, abandon the traditional rural leisure tourism focus on "leisure" and traditional agricultural experience tourism pay attention to "experience" shortcomings, fully expand the breadth and depth of tourism. To advocate the harmonious unification of human and nature for the purpose of tourism. Loudi is located in the geometry center of Hunan, is the intersection of multiple cultures, rural tourism resources are very prominent, the development of rural tourism in the province has a unique location and resource advantages in recent years. Loudi city proposed to create "Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan garden" overall tourism development concept, and the development of rural tourism as an important grasp, and the booming socialist new rural construction closely combined. Let farmers become the biggest beneficiaries of rural tourism, rural tourism will rise to an important link in the project of enriching the people. However, due to the late start, coupled with the constraints of various conditions. Loudi's rural tourism is still in the primary stage, the space for development needs to be improved. This paper, on the basis of clarifying the concept of rural tourism and understanding of domestic and foreign research, through field investigation, literature analysis, horizontal comparison and other methods. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the rural tourism industry in Loudi City, systematically combs the development situation and development ideas of the rural tourism industry in Loudi City, and puts forward constructive ideas and countermeasures. In order to provide useful reference for the development of rural tourism in Loudi. Compared with previous studies, this paper finds out the source of the problem and puts forward the improvement measures to the type, operation and existing problems of Loudi tourism development. In order to make the operation of development theme more smooth and efficient, realize Loudi tourism healthy and sustainable development.
