镇江世业洲小城镇旅游开发研究

【摘要】：随着我国城市居民收入水平的提高、生活和休闲观念的改变,以及我国法定假日的调整,小城镇旅游这类依托自身良好的生态环境,以反城市性的田园风光和地方特色饮食习俗为旅游吸引物的旅游活动,已成为都市居民出游的重要选择。处于发达城市带之间的江岛型小城镇,不仅拥有良好的环境优势,更是因其独特的地理位置、地形特点和风俗民情逐渐被越来越多城市居民所钟情。因此关于江岛型小城镇旅游开发研究也随之提上日程。世业洲建制为镇江市丹徒区世业镇,位于江苏省镇江市西郊,是长江中下游的江心洲之一,北与扬州隔江相望,南与镇江市区一江之隔。世业洲是典型的江岛型小城镇,四面环江,不仅拥有优越的自然环境,丰富的江岛类旅游资源,而且区位条件也十分优良,再加上近年来政府对其发展旅游业的鼓励和支持,因此世业洲旅游业逐步崛起。但是,由于开发过程中存在缺乏理论指导、管理不规范等问题,导致世业洲旅游开发效度不高,资源浪费严重。研究世业洲小城镇的旅游开发,首先,从小城镇旅游开发背景入手,在研究相关文献的基础上,主要运用区域理论、环城游憩带理论、利益相关者理论和可持续发展理论构成开发的理论指导框架。其次,通过实地勘察,对世业洲基本概况、旅游资源概况进行了解,对其旅游开发作了SWOT定性分析,并且利用TCM法定量估算世业洲旅游经济效益。再次,通过实地调研分析世业洲旅游开发的现状,就世业洲旅游发展总体概况、客源市场和社区参与三个方面的现状进行了分析评价。最后,综合理论分析结果和实际调研结论,针对世业洲小城镇旅游开发提出以下开发路径和策略：1.分区开发。以保护环境为大前提,将世业洲旅游总体规划中已经划定的十大功能区,根据其环境敏感度高低分别纳入“核心区、缓冲区、过渡区”进行分区开发。2.分区设计旅游产品。根据各个分区的环境敏感程度,结合各区自身的资源特色,设计相应的旅游产品。3.保障措施。为了保障和促进世业洲小城镇旅游开发的顺利进行和可持续发展提出七条保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the income level of urban residents, the change of the concept of life and leisure, as well as the adjustment of the statutory holidays, the tourism of small towns depends on their own good ecological environment. The tourist activity, which takes the anti-urban idyllic scenery and the local characteristic diet custom as the tourist attraction, has become the important choice for the urban residents to travel, and is located between the developed cities and the small towns of the river island type. Not only has the good environment superiority, but also because of its unique geographical location. More and more urban residents are attracted to the topographic features and customs, so the study on tourism development of small towns of Jiangdao type has been put on the agenda. Shiyezhou system for Zhenjiang Dantu District Shiye Town, located in the western suburbs of Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, is the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River one of the Jiangxinzhou, north and Yangzhou across the river. Shiyezhou is a typical small town of river island, surrounded by rivers on all sides. It not only has superior natural environment, rich tourist resources of river island, but also has excellent location conditions. In addition, in recent years, the government has encouraged and supported the development of tourism, so the tourism industry has gradually risen. However, due to the lack of theoretical guidance in the process of development, management is not standardized and so on. The result is that the validity of tourism development is not high, and the waste of resources is serious. First of all, starting from the background of tourism development of small towns, based on the study of relevant literature, the main use of regional theory, the theory of recreation zone around the city. Stakeholder theory and sustainable development theory constitute the theoretical framework of development. Secondly, through the field survey, the basic situation of Shiyezhou and tourism resources are understood. SWOT qualitative analysis of its tourism development, and the use of TCM legal estimates of tourism economic benefits. Thirdly, through field research and analysis of the current situation of tourism development in Shiyezhou. This paper analyzes and evaluates the general situation of tourism development in Shiyezhou, tourist market and community participation in three aspects. Finally, comprehensive theoretical analysis results and practical findings. In view of the tourism development of small towns in Shiyezhou, this paper puts forward the following development paths and strategies: 1.Subarea development. Taking the protection of the environment as the major premise, the ten functional areas that have been designated in the overall plan of tourism in Shiyezhou are put forward. According to its environmental sensitivity level into the "core zone, buffer zone, transition area" to carry out zonal development. 2. Design tourism products. According to the environmental sensitivity of each partition. According to the characteristics of each district's own resources, this paper designs the corresponding tourism products. 3. Safeguard measures. In order to ensure and promote the smooth development and sustainable development of small towns in Shiyezhou, seven safeguard measures are put forward.
