【摘要】：在海南国际旅游岛建设成为国家战略的同时,以旅游业为龙头的现代服务业将会成为支撑海南长远发展的重要产业。虽然海南省是中国的第二大海岛,拥有独特的资源优势,国家以及海南省也颁布了相关政策和文件支持其发展,使海南省具有建设国际旅游岛的诸多优势条件,但目前由于国际旅游岛的建设还处于雏形阶段,阻碍其可持续发展的问题也较多。因此,探索一种适合海南国际旅游岛建设,连接和整合海南各种类各区域旅游资源并具有海南特色,把海南岛建设成为一个生态岛、文化岛、健康岛、休闲岛(傅治平,2009),推动海南长远发展的新模式就显得极为重要。本文通过国内外相关概念的理念研究及实践探索,以海南国际旅游岛建设为契机,把具有非常丰富的自然和人文景观资源的海南岛整个岛域看成一个国家公园为切入点,把连接和整合海南各种类各区域旅游资源并具有海南特色的慢行旅游廊道系统为其操作平台,对慢行旅游廊道系统空间体系基本模型进行探索,并以海口市域为实验区探索海南岛域国家公园慢行旅游廊道系统空间体系规划的构建。最终达到对岛域范围内慢行系统空间体系规划提出科学而严谨的理论依据和部分基础数据,形成既符合海南发展又能促进海南国际旅游岛建设所需慢行旅游廊道系统的第一手资料。对海南省全省范围内的景观资源的保护与利用,旅游的开发等多领域多行业提供参考,力求使得海南省旅游廊道中的慢行系统与地方旅游及社会经济、环境保护等形成一个完整的体系,促进和规范海南国际旅游岛开发建设的科学性,可持续性发展。本文的脉络结构是第一章序言说明其构建的背景方法及技术路线等,第二章介绍慢行旅游廊道系统构建相关的理论基础以及就最近国内外的相关研究进行简要总结,第三章对海南国际旅游岛建设的最大优势岛域范围内景观旅游资源进行简要分析提出问题,对所提出的问题进行探索——“国家公园”模式的构建,海南慢行旅游廊道系统空间体系的构建是岛域国家公园空间形式构建的骨架与核心,第四章探索慢行旅游廊道系统空间体系的基本模型,第五章以海口市域为例进行实践证明,第六章进行研究总结。
[Abstract]:In the construction of Hainan international tourism island has become the national strategy at the same time, the tourism industry as the leading modern service industry will become an important industry to support the long-term development of Hainan.
