【摘要】：伴随着人们生活水平的提高，外出旅游的人数逐渐增加，人们对于旅游服务的要求也日渐提高。旅行社作为旅游服务业的核心，在旅游服务业内各企业之间担负着大量的组织协调工作，起到连接旅游服务业组成部分的纽带作用，更是架起游客和服务提供商的桥梁。伴随着旅游市场容量的不断扩大，各个省市均组建了各自的地方性旅行社，旅行社为了适应到异地游玩的游客数量的不断增加的状况，使得自身能够高效经营运作，各地旅行社之间需要建立合作关系，形成旅游服务供应链的经营结构模式。本文首先对服务供应链理论和旅游服务供应链相关理论进行了全面的综述，并在此基础上详尽介绍了服务供应链模型的研究现状，提出了本文研究的目的和意义。其次，通过对比分析集中式与分布式两种旅游服务供应链的利润水平，证明了在竞争激烈的旅游服务业中，旅游服务供应链三级结构较二级结构更具有竞争优势，即说明了旅游服务供应链三级结构建立的必要性。第三，将供应链网络均衡的研究引入到了旅游服务行业当中，运用变分不等式理论建立了具有服务监督的旅游服务供应链三级结构网络均衡模型，并给出了一定的经济解释。最后，本文以异地的海南泰航国际旅行社、海南坤源旅行社有限责任公司和当地的哈尔滨康辉旅行社有限责任公司、黑龙江天马国际旅行社构成的旅游服务供应链为研究对象，构建旅游服务供应链网络均衡模型，并对本文研究模型的有效性进行验证和分析。将数据仿真处理，，分别求出了均衡解，并给出了相关经济解释。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the number of people traveling is increasing gradually, and the demand for tourism service is also increasing. Travel agency is the core of tourism service. In the tourism service industry, enterprises are responsible for a large number of organizational coordination work, play a link between the tourism service components. It is also a bridge between tourists and service providers. With the continuous expansion of tourism market capacity, each province and city have set up their own local travel agencies. In order to adapt to the increasing number of tourists from different places, travel agencies can operate efficiently and establish cooperative relations between travel agencies. Form the tourism service supply chain management structure model. In this paper, the theory of service supply chain and tourism service supply chain theory are summarized, and on this basis, the research status of service supply chain model is introduced in detail. The purpose and significance of this paper are put forward. Secondly, by comparing and analyzing the profit level of centralized and distributed tourism service supply chain, it proves that in the competitive tourism service industry. The three-level structure of the tourism service supply chain has more competitive advantages than the two-level structure, that is, it is necessary to establish the three-level structure of the tourism service supply chain. Thirdly, the research of supply chain network equilibrium is introduced into the tourism service industry, and the three-level structure network equilibrium model of tourism service supply chain with service supervision is established by using variational inequality theory. And give a certain economic explanation. Finally, this paper uses Hainan Taihang International Travel Service, Hainan Kun Yuan Travel Agency Co., Ltd. And Harbin Kanghui Travel Agency Co., Ltd. The tourism service supply chain formed by Heilongjiang Tianma International Travel Agency is the object of study. The network equilibrium model of tourism service supply chain is constructed, and the validity of this model is verified and analyzed, and the data is simulated. The equilibrium solutions are obtained, and the relevant economic explanations are given.
