武陵山片区区域旅游合作研究

【摘要】：区域旅游合作已成为当今全球旅游业发展趋势之一，，对于提高旅游竞争力，改善区域旅游形象，实现旅游业可持续发展具有重要的作用。2011年，国务院出台了《武陵山片区区域发展与扶贫攻坚规划（2011—2020）》，这成为继西部大开发后，国家对连片特殊困难地区实施的又一战略性政策支持，武陵山片区作为一个跨越四省市的经济发展落后地区，尤其是作为一个少数民族聚集区，其发展状况与民族团结和社会安定关系紧密。长期以来，武陵山片区经济发展受各种因素制约，贫穷落后的局面一直没有得到有效的改观。然而，该地区一个显著的特点是拥有类型多样的自然景观和浓郁的民族风情，但是丰富的旅游资源并没有得到很好的利用，区域旅游合作不成体系。本文以“武陵山片区区域旅游合作研究”为题，在区域旅游合作理论和动力机制研究的基础上，通过分析武陵山片区区域旅游合作的意义、条件，以及片区区域旅游合作面临的问题，系统提出了武陵山片区区域旅游合作的对策建议。武陵山片区要把旅游业作为其主导产业，通过区域旅游合作进一步促进片区旅游业的发展，从而带动相关产业发展，进而促进整个片区的经济发展，对于当地居民增加收入，摆脱贫困具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Regional tourism cooperation has become one of the world's tourism development trend, to improve the tourism competitiveness, improve regional tourism image, to achieve the sustainable development of tourism industry plays an important role in.2011, the State Council promulgated the "Wuling Mountain Area Regional Development and poverty alleviation plan (2011 - 2020) >, which become the western development, the state of contiguous areas with special difficulties and the implementation of a strategic policy support, Wuling Mountain Area as an across four provinces of the economic development in backward areas, especially areas as an ethnic minority, the development of the relationship between state and national unity and social stability closely.
For a long time, Wuling mountain area economic development affected by various factors, poor and backward situation has not been effectively improved. However, a notable feature of this area is to have various types of natural landscape and rich ethnic customs, but rich tourism resources have not been put to good use, not a system of regional tourism cooperation in this paper. The topic of "Research on the regional tourism cooperation in Wuling mountain area, based on the study of regional tourism cooperation theory and mechanism, through the analysis of the Wuling mountain area regional tourism cooperation, conditions, and facing the area of regional tourism cooperation system, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of Wuling mountain area regional tourism cooperation. The tourism in Wuling mountain area industry as the leading industry, the development of the regional tourism cooperation to further promote the area of tourism, so as to promote the relevant industry development, in It is of great significance to promote the economic development of the whole area, to increase the income of the local residents and to get rid of the poverty.
