【摘要】：在城乡发展趋向统筹、新农村建设如火如荼、乡村旅游活动的开展蒸蒸日上的背景下,乡村旅游景观的建设还存在诸多的问题：乡村风貌千篇一律、传统村落格局脉络切断、乡土景观资源遭受破坏、乡土文化被曲解割裂,对乡村景观的规划及建设研究迫在眉睫。课题研究目的是在总结乡村旅游景观发展的规律和经验的基础上,为乡村旅游景观的规划建设提供理论依据及实践参考,帮助乡村最大程度继承和发展自身景观资源及优势,实现乡村在社会、经济、文化、生态以及审美上的协调一致,创造出地域特征明显、低碳环保、文明生态的乡村旅游景观。本文首先总述了选题的背景,介绍了研究的目的及意义,提出了此次研究的基本方法和技术路线,对此次课题研究做了宏观的总览介绍。在文献综述的基础上,总结与分析了乡村旅游区景观的相关理论,界定了“乡村”、“乡村旅游”、“乡村旅游景观”等概念。乡村旅游景观涉及到城乡规划、旅游和风景园林等多个学科的研究范畴,本次研究分析归纳了这三个学科的基础理论及在此基础上发展的相关衍生理论。针对长沙地区乡村旅游的发展情况,选取长沙市域范围内具有代表性的乡村旅游区包括望城区乔口镇、宁乡县关山村、长沙县板仓小镇等进行了深入细致的调研,通过对长沙地区乡村旅游景观建设的现状调研,总结了长沙乡村旅游景观建设的成功经验并提出了目前存在的问题。在理论结合实践的基础上,对长沙地区乡村旅游景观的规划目标、规划原则、重点内容的规划导则等进行了探讨。最后,以光明村的景观规划建设为案例,深入分析了乡村旅游景观的规划、设计及建设。通过本次课题的研究,丰富了乡村旅游景观研究的相关理论；总结归纳出长沙地区乡村旅游区的发展特征及问题；针对长沙地区乡村旅游景观规划体系做出了探讨和建议。
[Abstract]:In the urban and rural development like a raging fire, the new rural construction, rural tourism activities carried out on the upgrade under the background of the construction of rural tourism landscape and there are still many problems: rural landscape stereotyped, cut off the traditional village pattern context, local landscape resources damaged, local culture is misinterpreted apart, the planning and construction of rural landscape of the imminent.
The research objective is based on law and summarize the experience of the rural tourism landscape development, provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the planning and construction of rural tourism landscape, help the greatest degree of inheritance and development of rural landscape resources and their own advantages, to achieve the country in society, economy, culture, ecological and aesthetic creation coordinated. The obvious geographical characteristics, low carbon environmental protection, ecological civilization of the rural tourism landscape.
This paper firstly states the background of the topic, describes the purpose and significance of the study, puts forward the basic method and technical route of this research, the research made a macro overview introduction. On the basis of literature review, this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant theory of rural tourism landscape, the definition of "rural" "rural tourism", "rural tourism" concept. The rural tourism landscape related to urban and rural planning, the research category of multiple disciplines of tourism and landscape architecture, this study analyzes the development and basic theory on the basis of these three disciplines on the related derivative theory. Aiming at the development of rural tourism Changsha area Changsha, select the area within the scope of the representative of the rural tourist area including Wangcheng District Joe Town, Ningxiang County, Changsha County mountain village, Bancang Town, in-depth and meticulous research, through the Changsha. Investigation of the current situation of tourism landscape construction in rural area, summarizes the successful experiences in the construction of rural tourism landscape Changsha and puts forward the existing problems. Based on the combination of theory and Practice on the planning principles, planning objectives, the rural tourism landscape Changsha area, focusing on the content of the planning guidelines were discussed. Finally, landscape planning the construction of Guangming Village as an example, in-depth analysis of the rural tourism landscape planning, design and construction.
Through the research of this topic, we have enriched the related theories of rural tourism landscape research, summarized the development characteristics and problems of rural tourism areas in Changsha, and discussed and proposed the rural tourism landscape planning system in Changsha area.
