【摘要】：旅游观光农业是农事活动与旅游相结合的农业发展形式。主要是为那些不了解农业、不熟悉农村,或者回农村寻根,渴望在节假日到郊外观光、旅游、度假的城市居民服务的,其目标市场主要在城市居民。利用农村的自然风光作为旅游资源,提供必要的生活设施,让游客从事农耕、收获、采摘、垂钓、饲养等活动,享受回归自然的乐趣,也叫观光旅游。农业旅游的发展,不仅可以丰富城乡人民的精神生活,优化投资环境等,而且达到了农业生态、经济和社会效益的有机统一。随着经济的发展我国的旅游观光农业也发展的如火如茶,现在已经成为了农村经济发展的新亮点。该论文是从对旅游观光农业的定位和旅游观光农业的特色等方面进行介绍,主要是采用了SWOT分析法结合湖南当地的实际情况对旅游观光农业进行分析,不仅是为了研究湖南旅游观光农业发展的现状和发展遇到的问题,而且希望通过对湖南的研究进而为全国旅游观光业的发展提供经验和解决问题的对策。所以本论文分四步对旅游观光农业进行分析,首先是对研究旅游农业背景意义和目的进行介绍,并且把国内外的旅游农业发展的状况进行对比总结经验；其次是对旅游观光农业进行定位并且对相关的概念进行分析；然后就是采用SWOT的方法对湖南旅游观光农业的发展进行了分析,明确指出了在发展过程中所拥有的优势和劣势以及面临的挑战和机遇；最后是对湖南省旅游观光农业的发展提出了可行的意见和遇到问题的解决对策。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is a form of agricultural development that combines agricultural activities with tourism. It is mainly for those who do not understand agriculture, not familiar with rural areas, or return to rural roots, eager to visit the countryside during holidays, tourism. For urban residents on holiday, the target market is mainly urban residents. Using the natural scenery in rural areas as tourism resources, providing the necessary living facilities for tourists to engage in farming, harvesting, harvesting, fishing. The development of agricultural tourism can not only enrich the spiritual life of urban and rural people, optimize the investment environment, but also achieve agricultural ecology. With the development of economy, the tourism and sightseeing agriculture of our country has also developed as hot as tea, and has become a new bright spot in the development of rural economy. This paper introduces the orientation of tourism agriculture and the characteristics of tourism agriculture, mainly using SWOT analysis method combined with the actual situation of Hunan tourism agriculture analysis. Not only in order to study the current situation and problems encountered in the development of tourism and tourism agriculture in Hunan, but also to provide experience and countermeasures for the development of tourism and tourism industry in China through the study of Hunan. So this paper is divided into four steps of tourism agriculture analysis, the first is to study the background and purpose of tourism agriculture to introduce, and domestic and foreign tourism agriculture development of the status of comparative summary of experience; Secondly, the orientation of tourism agriculture and related concepts are analyzed. Then it analyzes the development of tourism agriculture in Hunan by using the method of SWOT, and points out the advantages and disadvantages and the challenges and opportunities in the process of development. Finally, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions and solutions to the problems encountered in the development of tourism agriculture in Hunan Province.
