【摘要】:作为我国乡村旅游的重要类型之一,古村落旅游近年来发展迅速。常见的古村落旅游开发模式中存在的问题使得越来越多的学者意识到古村落旅游可持续发展的重要性。建立一个有效的旅游组织被认为是维系村庄旅游可持续性的重要措施,而怎样才算是一个有效的旅游组织,又受到什么因素影响,这些都是学者们关注的焦点。正是在这一背景下,本文开展了相关研究。 本文系统探讨了古村落旅游经营户的组织承诺和旅游组织有效性之间的关系。首先,对古村落旅游、组织理论、组织承诺和组织有效性等理论分别加以文献综述,阐明研究变量之间的关系;在此基础上,提出了本文的研究假设和研究模型,并据此设计了调研问卷,开展预调研,对问卷进行前测,及时回收、整理问卷,通过因子分析修正了研究模型和相关的研究假设。通过SPSS18.0软件的数据分析,对研究模型和假设进行了验证,以单因素方差分析和独立样本T检验的方式验证旅游经营户的个体属性对变量的影响。最后,概括研究结论,分析古村落旅游经营户组织承诺对古村落旅游组织有效性的作用机制和实践启示,进而提出了研究的局限与展望。 本文研究结果基本验证了研究构思和相关假设,主要结论如下:(1)古村落旅游地旅游经营户的组织承诺包括三个维度:情感承诺、继续承诺和规范承诺;(2)古村落旅游组织有效性可以划分为旅游发展有效性和社区服务有效性两个维度;(3)旅游经营户的情感承诺和规范承诺对旅游组织有效性两个维度均有显著的正向影响,继续承诺则对组织有效性表现出显著的负向影响;(4)不同经营模式下,旅游经营户的情感承诺维度和旅游组织发展有效性维度存在着显著差异;(5)不同年龄和受教育程度的旅游经营户,其组织承诺存在显著差异;
[Abstract]:As an important type of rural tourism in China. Ancient village tourism has developed rapidly in recent years. The common problems in the ancient village tourism development model make more and more scholars realize the importance of sustainable development of ancient village tourism. It is considered to be an important measure to maintain the sustainability of village tourism. However, how to be an effective tourism organization and what factors affect it are the focus of scholars' attention. It is under this background that this paper has carried out relevant research. This paper systematically discusses the relationship between the organizational commitment and the effectiveness of the ancient village tourism operators. First of all, to the ancient village tourism, the organization theory. The theories of organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness are reviewed to clarify the relationship between variables. On this basis, this paper proposed the research assumptions and research model, and based on the design of a survey questionnaire, pre-survey, questionnaire pre-test, timely recovery, sorting out the questionnaire. The research model and related research hypotheses are revised by factor analysis, and the research model and hypothesis are verified by the data analysis of SPSS18.0 software. Univariate ANOVA and independent sample T-test are used to verify the impact of individual attributes of tourism operators on the variables. Finally, the conclusion of the study is summarized. This paper analyzes the mechanism and practical enlightenment of the commitment of the ancient village tourism operators to the effectiveness of the ancient village tourism organization, and then puts forward the limitations and prospects of the research. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the organizational commitment of tourism operators in ancient villages includes three dimensions: emotional commitment, continuing commitment and normative commitment; 2) the validity of ancient village tourism organization can be divided into two dimensions: the efficiency of tourism development and the effectiveness of community service; 3) the emotional commitment and normative commitment of tourism operators have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of tourism organizations, while continuing commitments have a significant negative impact on organizational effectiveness; (4) there are significant differences between the dimensions of emotional commitment of tourism operators and the development effectiveness of tourism organizations under different business models; (5) there are significant differences in organizational commitment among tourism operators of different ages and educational levels;
