旅游管理专业本科人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：随着旅游行业的快速发展，旅游管理专业本科教育的规模也在不断地扩大。由于历史的原因及其环境氛围不同，各国旅游管理专业本科的人才培养模式也各有特色、不尽相同。瑞士、美国等在旅游管理专业的本科教学中处于领军者的地位，所形成的人才培养模式也比较典型。我国的旅游管理专业本科教育是伴随着整个高等教育的改革与发展而逐步建立起来的，它侧重于对知识的系统性与整体性的把握，对学生的综合素养及创新的能力的关注度不高。一些侧重于关注旅游管理高等教育的学者意识到了本科人才培养模式存在着一些问题，不断地探索出新型的人才培养模式。虽然尝试了许多模式，但是到目前为止我国的旅游管理专业本科教学同国外相比还是有一定的差距。因此，中国的旅游管理专业高等教育仍然需要探索，在借鉴国外的同时，牢记自身发展的文化底蕴，，将中西方旅游管理专业的人才培养模式不断地进行融合，以期走出自身特色的发展道路。目前，我国旅游管理专业本科的教学设置及师资等方面都得到了一定的发展，但却没有形成一致认可的人才培养模式借以参考。本文以构建“素质——市场导向型”的人才培养模式为目的，采取了文献分析法、比较分析法等研究方法，在概述了人才培养模式构成要素的基础上，分析比较了国外旅游管理专业本科人才培养模式的不同，指出了我国旅游人才培养模式存在的问题，揭示了旅游管理专业人才培养的内在要求。希望以此研究来探索出我国旅游管理专业人才培养模式的新兴之路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism industry, the scale of undergraduate education in tourism management is also expanding. Due to historical reasons and different environmental atmosphere. The talent training models of tourism management majors in different countries also have their own characteristics. Switzerland and the United States are in the leading position in the undergraduate teaching of tourism management major. The formation of talent training model is also more typical. The undergraduate education of tourism management in our country is gradually established with the reform and development of the whole higher education, which focuses on the systematic and holistic grasp of knowledge. Some scholars who focus on tourism management higher education realize that there are some problems in undergraduate talent training model. Although we have tried a lot of models, there is still a certain gap between the undergraduate teaching of tourism management in our country and foreign countries. China's tourism management professional higher education still needs to explore, while learning from foreign countries, keeping in mind their own cultural development, the Chinese and Western tourism management professional talent training model is constantly integrated. In order to get out of their own characteristics of the development of the road. At present, the undergraduate course of tourism management in China has been developed in terms of teaching establishment and teachers. However, it has not formed a consistent talent training model for reference. In order to build a "diathesis-market-oriented" talent training model, this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods. On the basis of summarizing the elements of talent training mode, this paper analyzes and compares the differences of undergraduate talents training models in foreign tourism management major, and points out the problems existing in the tourism talent training mode in China. This paper reveals the inherent requirements of the cultivation of tourism management professionals and hopes to explore a new way for the cultivation of tourism management professionals in China.
