【摘要】:旅游业是第一二次世界大战以来世界上发展势头最为强劲的行业,它与石油工业、汽车工业一起被称为国际贸易的三大支柱。正逢我国处于工业化、城镇化快速发展时期,日益增长的大众化、多样化消费需求为旅游业发展提供了新的机遇。而位于彭山县的彭祖山系国内唯一以长寿养生文化资源为特色的风景名胜区,正成为人们休闲、旅游,领悟和体验养生之道,追求健康和谐生活的好去处。加之彭山县近年来社会经济的繁荣以及旅游业的蓬勃发展,为彭祖山景区旅游业提供了基本前提条件和广阔的发展天地。因此,本文选取彭祖山景区为研究对象,结合当地旅游资源实情,提出并建立立足资源、面向市场的景区旅游开发总体规划,以期对彭祖山景区进行科学有效的开发与利用,论文主要得出以下结论: (1)针对我国当前旅游业的实际状况,综合国内外景区旅游规划的研究,就景区旅游规划编制的理论基础展开了研究,探讨了景区旅游总体规划的工作性质、基本要求以及规划编制的要点,包括旅游发展战略规划、旅游地形象定位、旅游资源分类与评价、以及特色旅游项目规划。 (2)通过对彭祖山景区的基本情况进行分析,发现其旅游开发环境优良,旅游资源数量较多、类型齐全、品味较高,同时通过对景区旅游开发的SWOT分析,总结出景区发展优势是具备区位、资源及市场优势;发展劣势则表现为旅游产品开发力度不够,专业人才短缺以及景区生态环境较差;发展机遇是政府的支持,周边经济及交通的发展,土地流转机遇及扩大内需政策的扶持;面临的挑战是同质产品带来的替代性竞争,周边精品景区的遮蔽效应以及景区自身的问题。 (3)通过对景区进行开发定位与总体布局,确定景区可定位为中华长寿文化观光与养生休闲度假旅游目的地,再根据景区内旅游资源类型、分布、特征及其空间分布规律,结合目前旅游市场需求格局与趋势,提出“611”的总体布局形式。 (4)分别对彭祖山景区的开发建设、旅游产品及线路、旅游基础及服务设施、旅游市场营销及旅游商品开发进行了规划,完善了“611”布局中八个重要分区的功能结构,确定了能展现彭祖山景区特色的主导产品项目及旅游线路,并提供了配套的基础服务设施保证旅游业的发展,而且还根据景区的旅游定位制定了营销策略,同时也研发了具有纪念意义的旅游商品。 (5)分析了景区进行旅游开发的环境影响,并对当地的生态环境、自然景观及人文景观分别提出了保护规划措施,同时,还考虑了当地群众参与的重要性,提出了社区参与规划,最后,对旅游区的开发管理提出了相应的管理建议,以促进景区的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Tourism is the first since the two World War the most powerful industries in the world with the momentum of development, petroleum industry, automobile industry have been regarded as the three pillars of international trade. As China's industrialization, the rapid development period of urbanization, the growing popularity, diversified consumer demand for tourism development provides new opportunities. Located in the Peng Zushan Department of Pengshan County of Taiwan only to health and longevity cultural resources for the characteristics of the scenic area, is becoming a leisure, tourism, insight and experience a good place for the pursuit of health and a way of keeping good health, harmonious life in Pengshan county. The development of social economy and the prosperity of the tourism industry in recent years, provide the basic condition and the broad development space for tourism scenic mountain Pang. Therefore, this paper selects the Peng Zushan scenic area as the research object, combined with the local tourism resources situation, proposed and established The overall planning of scenic spots and tourism development facing the market is to make scientific and effective development and utilization of Peng Zushan scenic area.
(1) according to the actual situation of China's tourism industry, tourism planning comprehensive research at home and abroad, the basic theory of tourism planning research, discusses the nature of the overall planning of tourism work, the basic requirements and main points of planning, including tourism development strategy, tourism image positioning. The classification and evaluation of tourism resources and tourism project planning.
(2) through the analysis of the basic situation of Peng Zushan scenic area, the tourism development environment is good, more, the amount of tourist resources types, taste higher, at the same time through the SWOT of the tourism development and analysis, summed up the advantages of the development of scenic spots have the location, resources and market advantages; disadvantages are the tourism product development efforts not enough, the lack of professional talents and the ecological environment of the scenic area is poor; development opportunities is the support of the government, the surrounding economic development and traffic, land transfer opportunities and expanding domestic demand policy support; the challenge is to replace the competition of homogeneous products brought by the surrounding scenic spots and scenic shadowing effect of itself.
(3) the development orientation and the overall layout of the scenic area, scenic spots can be determined as the longevity health culture tourism and leisure tourism destination, according to the tourism resources in the types, distribution characteristics and spatial distribution of tourism, combined with the current market demand patterns and trends, proposed "overall layout 611".
(4) the development and construction of scenic Peng Zushan respectively, tourism products and lines, tourism infrastructure and service facilities, development and marketing of tourism commodities and tourism by planning, improve the functional structure of eight important partition 611 "in the layout, the Pengzu mountain area can show the characteristics of the leading products and tourist line project, and provide the supporting service infrastructure to ensure the development of the tourism industry, but also according to the orientation of tourism scenic area marketing strategy, but also developed with the significance of the tourism commodities.
(5) environmental impact analysis of the scenic spot for tourism development, and the local ecological environment, natural landscape and cultural landscape protection planning measures were put forward, at the same time, also considering the importance of local public participation, proposed the community to participate in the planning, finally, put forward the corresponding management recommendations for the development and management of tourism area.
