【摘要】：近年来,我国文化产业的发展体现出一个重要特征和趋势——园区化,具体表现是全国各地开始兴起建设文化产业园的热潮。大力发展文化产业已经成为我国在战略机遇期要完成的一项战略任务,文化产业的发展已经进入到了历史发展的最佳时期,有望成为中国二十一世纪经济的支柱性产业,文化产业园区的兴建是促进文化产业集约发展的重要举措之一。文化产业园的一个重要类别是休闲娱乐园区,而园区的休闲娱乐功能则主要是通过发展旅游业来实现,所以说,旅游文化产业园化已经成为我国文化产业的一大发展趋势。旅游文化产业园以当地丰富的文化资源为依托、以休闲旅游为先导,通过引入先进的文化产业发展和管理理念,在制定合理的战略规划的基础上形成的文化产业高效发展区域。旅游文化产业园实质上是“文化+旅游+地产”的三位一体的联动开发模式,文化是其灵魂,是最根本的东西,旅游是其发展动力,而地产则是其发展的重要保证。从宏观角度来看,在全国各地建设旅游文化产业园区不但能够发展新兴的产业项目,提高我国的软实力,还能够开辟旅游业可持续发展的新兴道路,保证文化产业的持续繁荣；从微观角度来看,针对某地建设旅游文化产业园来说,充分利用国家扶持文化产业和旅游业的优惠政策,实现经济效益与社会效益的结合,在提高本地文化产阿业竞争能力的同时,还能够促进本地文化软实力的提升。本文将国内较为著名的旅游文化产业园区作为案例,通过介绍其发展状况,总结其所存在的问题,在此基础之上从政府政策方面和产业链方面对我国旅游文化产业园区的发展前景作出了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of China's cultural industry reflects an important feature and trend-park. The concrete manifestation is the upsurge of the construction of cultural industry park in various parts of the country. Vigorously developing the cultural industry has become a strategic task to be completed in the period of strategic opportunity in our country. The development of cultural industry has entered the best period of historical development and is expected to become the pillar industry of Chinese economy in 21th century. The construction of cultural industry park is one of the important measures to promote the intensive development of cultural industry. One of the important categories of cultural industry park is leisure and entertainment park. The leisure and entertainment function of the park is mainly realized through the development of tourism. Therefore, the park of tourism culture industry has become a major development trend of the cultural industry in our country. Tourism cultural industry park based on the rich local cultural resources, leisure tourism as the guide, through the introduction of advanced cultural industry development and management concepts. On the basis of making reasonable strategic plan, the cultural industry development area formed on the basis of reasonable strategy. Tourism cultural industry park is in essence a trinity development mode of "cultural tourism real estate", and culture is its soul. Tourism is the most fundamental thing, tourism is the driving force of its development, and real estate is an important guarantee of its development. From a macro point of view, the construction of tourism and cultural industrial parks in all parts of the country can not only develop new industrial projects. Improving the soft power of our country can also open up a new way of sustainable development of tourism and ensure the sustainable prosperity of cultural industry. From the microcosmic point of view, aiming at the construction of tourism cultural industry park in a certain place, we should make full use of the preferential policies of the state to support the cultural industry and the tourism industry, and realize the combination of economic and social benefits. At the same time, it can promote the soft power of local culture. This paper takes the famous tourism cultural industrial park as a case, and summarizes its existing problems by introducing its development situation. On this basis, the prospect of tourism cultural industrial park in China is forecasted from government policy and industry chain.
