【摘要】：作为长征文化遗存的长征路线遗址遗迹,具有政治教育、经济物质、精神文化和生态等方面的保护和开发价值。长征遗址遗迹也是重要的公共文化资源,而对于公共文化资源的保护法律必先行,必须从完善立法体系、行政管理体制以及司法保障制度等方面为其提供坚实可靠的法律保障,推动红色旅游业的可持续发展和"长征路线申遗"工作的顺利开展。
[Abstract]:As a long cultural heritage site of the route of the Long March, with political education, economic material, protection and development of the value of the spirit of cultural and ecological aspects. Public cultural resources is an important site of the Long March, and for the legal protection of public cultural resources will advance, we must perfect the legislative system, administrative system and judicial guarantee system etc. provide a solid legal guarantee for the reliable, promote the sustainable development of red tourism and the route of the long march inscription work smoothly.
