景区安全解说系统的构建与运作研究

【摘要】：景区安全解说作为一种可行的安全管理手段，可以起到游客安全教育和事前警示预防的作用。但由于理论研究的缺乏，景区安全解说还并没有引起广泛的重视。因此，加强景区安全解说的研究，对于推进景区安全解说在我国旅游景区的推广和应用具有重要的意义和作用。本研究以景区安全解说系统作为研究对象，，在文献分析和实践考察的基础上，提出了景区安全解说系统的概念内涵和外延。通过对景区安全事件的分解编码和统计分析，提炼出了景区安全解说系统的结构性需求。作为核心内容，本研究对景区安全解说系统的功能设计、构成要素、构建流程、运作过程等进行了系统分析，从理论上较为完整的分析了景区安全解说管理的实践任务。在理论阐述的基础上，结合研究者的实地考察，本研究对清源山景区的安全解说系统进行了分析总结。把景区安全与解说系统结合起来进行研究是一种新的尝试。通过本研究的理论探索和初步实践，得出以下结论：（1）景区安全解说系统的结构性需求包含环境安全建议、游览体验提示、安全行为准则和安全应急警示四个层面；（2）景区安全解说系统一般由景区安全解说信息、景区安全解说人员、景区安全解说媒介、景区安全解说受众和景区安全解说支撑五个要素组成；（3）景区安全解说的运作包括景区安全解说的前期准备工作、景区安全解说途径的确定、景区安全解说的实施与操作和景区安全解说的评估与反馈四个任务结构；（4）清源山景区安全解说系统的构成要素基本完整，尤其是景区安全解说媒介的布置和分布较为完善，能够适应当前景区安全解说的需要。
[Abstract]:As a feasible means of safety management, the safety explanation of scenic spots can play the role of safety education and precaution in advance. However, due to the lack of theoretical research. Therefore, it is of great significance and function to strengthen the research on the safety interpretation of scenic spots in order to promote the promotion and application of the safety interpretation of scenic spots in our country. This research takes the scenic area security explanation system as the research object, on the basis of the literature analysis and the practice inspection. This paper puts forward the concept connotation and extension of the scenic area security explanation system. Through the decomposition coding and statistical analysis of the scenic area security events, the structural requirements of the scenic area security explanation system are extracted as the core content. This research has carried on the systematic analysis to the scenic spot safe explanation system function design, the constituent factor, the construction process, the operation process and so on. From the theory of relatively complete analysis of the scenic area safety interpretation management of the practical task. In the theoretical elaboration of the basis, combined with the field investigation of researchers. This study analyzed and summarized the security explanation system of Qingyuan Mountain Scenic spot. It is a new attempt to combine the safety of scenic spot with the explanation system. Through the theoretical exploration and preliminary practice of this study. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) the structural needs of the Scenic area Safety explanation system include four levels: environmental safety suggestion, tour experience hint, safety code of conduct and safety emergency warning. 2) Scenic area security explanation system is generally composed of five elements: scenic area security explanation information, scenic area security explanation personnel, scenic area security explanation medium, scenic area security explanation audience and scenic area security explanation support. 3) the operation of the safety explanation of the scenic area includes the preparatory work of the safety explanation of the scenic spot, and the determination of the way of the safety explanation of the scenic spot. The implementation and operation of the scenic area safety explanation and the evaluation and feedback of the scenic area safety explanation; 4) the elements of the security interpretation system in Qingyuanshan scenic area are basically complete, especially the arrangement and distribution of the safe interpretation media in the scenic area are relatively perfect, which can meet the needs of the current security interpretation in the scenic area.
