【摘要】：乡村旅游作为旅游产业中的一种旅游形式在西方发达国家已经不是一个新的旅游模式,乡村旅游已走上了规范的、良好的、发展的道路。我国乡村旅游也随着经济增长、工业发展、城市快速扩张得到了蓬勃发展。社区居民是发展乡村旅游不可或缺的基本要素,其参与程度高低决定了乡村旅游能否实现可持续性发展。本文将社区管理理论运用到乡村旅游发展模式研究上,分析了我国乡村旅游社区参与的制约因素,解析了发展乡村旅游的利益关系与格局,并根据乡村旅游的特点确定了发展目标、基本原则,在此基础上归纳甄选出“个体农庄”、“农户+农户”、“公司+农户”、“公司+社区+农户”、“政府+公司+农户”、“政府+公司+农村旅游协会+旅行社”、“股份制”等7种合适的乡村旅游社区参与模式。论文在现有的乡村旅游模式分析基础上,从旅游主体、功能、制度、利益以及路径等方面根据具体实际情况进行优化。最后选取常德市花岩溪森林公园为实证案例研究对象,对花岩溪目前的旅游开发阶段采取的以股份制为合作社区参与模式进行验证,对其运行及其效果给予了分析。论文在一定程度上为我国乡村旅游的发展提供模式上的选择建议,丰富了乡村旅游理论体系,为解决乡村旅游发展过程中遇到的模式选择难题以及为我国广大农村发展乡村旅游提供参考和帮助。
[Abstract]:As a form of tourism in the tourism industry, rural tourism is not a new tourism model in western developed countries, rural tourism has been standardized, good. With the economic growth, industrial development and rapid urban expansion, the development of rural tourism in China has been booming. Community residents are essential elements to develop rural tourism. The degree of participation determines whether rural tourism can achieve sustainable development. This paper applies the theory of community management to the study of rural tourism development model, analyzes the constraints of rural tourism community participation in China, and analyzes the relationship and pattern of interests in the development of rural tourism. According to the characteristics of rural tourism, this paper determines the development goals and basic principles, and on this basis, concludes and selects "individual farms", "peasant households", "company farmers" and "corporate community farmers". There are 7 suitable rural tourism community participation models, such as "government company farmers", "government company rural tourism association travel agency" and "joint-stock system". The paper is based on the analysis of the existing rural tourism model. From the tourism subject, function, system, interests and path optimization according to the actual situation. Finally, selected Changde City Huayanxi Forest Park as an empirical case study object. This paper verifies the mode of joint-stock community participation in Huayanxi tourism development stage at present, and analyzes its operation and effect. To some extent, the thesis provides suggestions for the development of rural tourism in China and enriches the theoretical system of rural tourism. In order to solve the problem of mode selection in the development of rural tourism and to provide reference and help for the development of rural tourism in China.
