旅游综合体发展模式与发展路径研究

【摘要】：随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,闲暇时间的增多,带薪假期的逐渐实行,旅游条件的改善,人们的旅游热情将进一步焕发,并且对旅游的需求逐步向追求休闲方向发展。旅游业要扩大产业面、延伸产业链、形成产业群,即在一定的旅游区域内,形成以“行游住食购娱”为核心的旅游综合服务供应链。旅游综合体应势而生,并在全国范围内变得炙手可热,成为当下最为吸引政府和开发商关注的产业热点。然而从国内旅游综合体的研究现状来看,大部分主要集中在介绍层面,对于旅游综合体的概念与定位研究成果不足。本研究从国内研究尚未涉足的发展历程、发展模式与发展路径等诸多领域,对旅游综合体进行系统性探索研究,尝试总结旅游综合体形成机制、模式、路径等方面,从而拓展旅游综合体研究领域的深度,为未来旅游综合体的相关研究提供科学的理论基础。本研究以旅游综合体的发展模式与发展路径为主要研究对象,首先对旅游综合体的现有研究进行综述,总结这一领域的研究现状、成果及不足。其次从旅游综合体诞生的源头与本质出发,对旅游综合体的概念进行梳理与界定,并对其特征与产业结构进行分析,总结了其出现的动力机制。再次根据旅游综合体开发的现状,将其归纳为三大模式：生态旅游综合体、人文旅游综合体与娱乐旅游综合体。并从三大类中按照核心吸引物进行细分,结合典型案例找出不同类型的关键性开发要点。最后,对旅游综合体的现状进行总结,通过分析旅游综合体建设中潜在的问题,总结出其优化路径的因素。并展望未来发展的方向,提出路径优化设计的原则,希望对中国旅游综合体的理论拓展和实践发展都提供合理的参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the increase of leisure time, the gradual implementation of paid holidays, and the improvement of tourism conditions, people's enthusiasm for tourism will be further coruscated. And the demand for tourism gradually to the pursuit of leisure direction. Tourism should expand the industrial area, extend the industrial chain, form an industrial cluster, that is, in a certain tourism area. Form a comprehensive tourism service supply chain with "traveling, living, food and entertainment" as the core. Tourism complex should come into being and become hot all over the country. Become the industry hot spot that attracts the government and the developer most at present. However, from the current situation of domestic tourism complex research, most of the main focus on the level of introduction, the concept of tourism complex and positioning research results are insufficient. This study from the domestic research has not been involved in the development process. In many fields, such as the development mode and the development path, this paper makes a systematic exploration and research on the tourism complex, and tries to summarize the formation mechanism, mode and path of the tourism complex. In order to expand the depth of tourism complex research field and provide a scientific theoretical basis for future tourism complex research. In this study, the development model and development path of tourism complex as the main research object, first of all, to summarize the existing research on tourism complex, and summarize the current research situation in this field. Secondly, from the source and essence of the birth of tourism complex, the concept of tourism complex is combed and defined, and its characteristics and industrial structure are analyzed. The dynamic mechanism of its emergence is summarized. Thirdly, according to the current situation of tourism complex development, it is summed up into three major models: ecotourism complex. Humanistic tourism complex and entertainment tourism complex. From the three main categories according to the core attraction to subdivide, combined with typical cases to find out different types of key development points. Finally. This paper summarizes the current situation of tourism complex, analyzes the potential problems in the construction of tourism complex, summarizes the factors of its optimal path, and looks forward to the direction of future development, and puts forward the principles of path optimization design. This paper hopes to provide a reasonable reference for the theoretical and practical development of China's tourism complex.
