基于KANO模型的铁岭象牙山乡村旅馆评价研究

【摘要】：文章借鉴国内外典型经验,结合乡村旅馆业的特征,以铁岭象牙山乡村旅馆为例进行实地调查,通过发放客户满意度调查问卷,运用KANO模型,对乡村旅馆的KANO二维属性进行归属分类,用better-worse系数分析得出各属性类的百分比,得出乡村旅馆评价要素的重要度,并提出乡村旅馆的改进建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the typical experience at home and abroad and the characteristics of rural hotel industry, this paper takes Tieling Xiangya Mountain Village Hotel as an example to conduct a field investigation, and applies KANO model through issuing customer satisfaction questionnaire. The KANO two-dimensional attributes of rural hotels are classified, the percentage of each attribute category is obtained by better-worse coefficient analysis, and the importance of the evaluation elements of rural hotels is obtained. Suggestions for improvement of rural hotels are also put forward.
