四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力及影响因素研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化和贸易自由化的背景下,全球服务贸易发展日新月异,旅游服务贸易作为服务贸易的重要组成部分,已成为全球经济增长的重要推动力。自从中国入世以来,四川省旅游服务贸易发展较快,旅游外汇收入迅速增长,从2000年至2011年,四川省旅游服务贸易出口额从1.22亿美元增长到5.93亿美元,11年间增长了4.86倍。但与国内其他旅游发达地区相比,四川省的旅游服务贸易竞争力仍较弱,诸如存在旅游服务贸易出口总量偏小各地市旅游服务贸易发展不平衡、旅游人才队伍建设缓慢、旅游基础设施建设滞后等问题,这些问题已成为提升四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力的瓶颈。 本文分为六个部分。 第一部分为绪论。主要介绍本文的选题背景和研究目的,论述了研究四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力及影响因素的理论及实践意义,并提出了本文的研究思路和框架体系。 第二部分为旅游服务贸易国际竞争力的相关文献综述。从竞争力和旅游服务贸易竞争力两个角度,分别介绍了学术界在这方面的相关研究成果。 第三部分为四川省旅游服务贸易现状分析。首先定义了旅游服务贸易的概念、特征和旅游服务贸易竞争力的概念,其次分析了四川省旅游服务贸易的现状。 第四部分为四川省旅游服务贸易影响因素分析。首先借鉴迈克尔·波特的“钻石模型”,主要从生产要素、市场需求、企业战略结构与竞争、相关辅助产业四个角度来定性分析影响四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力的因素,同时选取代表性指标来量化分析四川与全国旅游发达地区的差异,以此分析四川省旅游服务贸易目前的发展现状与存在的问题。 第五部分为四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力指标测算及实证研究。通过建立两个指标:旅游服务贸易国内市场占有率(MS)、显示性比较优势指数(RCA)来分析四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力水平,并用这两个指标将四川省与全国旅游服务贸易发达省份进行比较,以此分析四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力在全国的发展水平,最后通过建立实证模型来分析旅游产业组织、汇率、旅游交通和人力资本这四大因素对于四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力发展的影响作用。 第六部分为政策建议。在前面论述分析的基础上,对提升四川省旅游服务贸易竞争力提出了若干政策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and trade liberalization, global service trade is developing with each passing day. Tourism service trade is an important part of service trade. Since China's entry into WTO, tourism service trade in Sichuan Province has developed rapidly, and foreign exchange income has increased rapidly, from 2000 to 2011. Sichuan's exports of tourism services trade rose 4.86-fold in 11 years from US $122 million to US $593 million, but compared with other developed tourist regions in the country. The competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province is still weak, such as the existence of tourism service trade export volume is small, the development of tourism service trade in cities and cities is not balanced, and the construction of tourism talent team is slow. Tourism infrastructure construction lags behind and these problems have become the bottleneck to enhance the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan province. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and research purpose of this paper, and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province and its influencing factors. And put forward the research idea and frame system of this paper. The second part is a literature review on the international competitiveness of tourism service trade. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province. Firstly, the concept, characteristics and competitiveness of tourism service trade are defined, and then the present situation of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province is analyzed. The 4th part is an analysis of the influencing factors of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province. Firstly, we draw lessons from Michael Porter's Diamond Model, mainly from factors of production, market demand, strategic structure of enterprises and competition. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province from four aspects of relevant auxiliary industries, and selects representative indicators to quantitatively analyze the differences between Sichuan and the developed tourism regions of the whole country. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province. The 5th part is the calculation and empirical study of the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan province. Through the establishment of two indicators: tourism service trade domestic market share (MSM). The index of indicative comparative advantage (RCA) is used to analyze the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province and to compare Sichuan Province with the developed provinces of tourism service trade in the whole country with these two indexes. Based on this analysis of the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan Province in the development level of the country, finally through the establishment of empirical model to analyze the tourism industry organization, exchange rate. The impact of four factors, tourism transportation and human capital, on the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan province. Part 6th is the policy suggestion. On the basis of the previous discussion and analysis, some policy suggestions are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Sichuan province.
