都市型乡村旅游运行机制与模式研究

【摘要】：从20世纪90年代中后期开始，在生态旅游观念的推动、国际旅游的示范和脱贫致富政策的促进下，我国一些都市区域的旅游市场开始导入乡村旅游模式，都市型乡村旅游已成为国内外旅游业界、政府和学术界共同关注的焦点话题。对都市型乡村旅游运行机制与模式的研究具有重要意义。理论上，本文较为系统的梳理了都市型乡村旅游的发展机理和运行模式,有助于充实乡村旅游理论研究体系，，为我国都市型乡村旅游的转型升级提供经验借鉴。实践上，结合上海市乡村旅游现状，明确了上海乡村旅游的内在规律和发展趋势，研究成果可以为上海市乡村旅游的发展提供科学的建议和政策响应。本文的研究内容主要分为以下几个方面：第一部分：在分析研究背景和国内外研究综述的基础上，阐述了本文的选题意义，同时，就研究思路和研究方法进行了必要的说明。第二部分：都市型乡村旅游运行机制的研究。由于都市型乡村旅游是个新兴的概念，因此本部分对其概念、产生背景、功能特征进行了阐述，为后面都市型乡村旅游运行机制模型的构建和形态模式的体系划分奠定了理论基础。在此基础上运用WSR方法论,在对都市型乡村旅游发展影响因素分析的基础上，从乡村环境、政策制度和利益集团三个方面构建了都市型乡村旅游运行机制模型。第三部分：都市型乡村旅游运行模式的研究。阐述了都市型乡村旅游运行机制与模式之间的互相关系，在此基础上，以都市型乡村旅游经营发展和利益集团主体构成不同为依据，将都市型乡村旅游的模式分为四种类型，即行政驱动型、企业主导型、股份改造型和多方合作型。并对各分类进行了系统的理论梳理和深入剖析。第四部分：上海都市乡村旅游的实证研究。以上海市为实例，采用电话访谈法，按照都市型乡村旅游运行机制与模式的细分类型，对上海市具有代表性的乡村旅游景点进行归纳划分。进而在每种类型中选取具有代表性的乡村旅游目的地进行实例佐证，发现问题并结合国外都市型乡村旅游的经验借鉴，为每种模式的优化提出建议和方案。并在都市型乡村旅游发展演化规律的基础上对上海市下阶段可能衍生出来的新型运行模式（家庭经营型）予以大胆展望。
[Abstract]:Since the middle and late period of 1990s, with the promotion of the concept of ecotourism, the demonstration of international tourism and the policy of getting rid of poverty, the tourism market in some urban areas of our country began to introduce the rural tourism model. Urban rural tourism has become the focus of domestic and foreign tourism industry, the government and academia. It is of great significance to study the operating mechanism and mode of urban rural tourism. This paper systematically combs the development mechanism and operation mode of urban rural tourism, which is helpful to enrich the theoretical research system of rural tourism, and provide experience and experience for the transformation and upgrading of urban rural tourism in China. Combined with the current situation of rural tourism in Shanghai, the inherent law and development trend of rural tourism in Shanghai are clarified. The research results can provide scientific suggestions and policy responses for the development of rural tourism in Shanghai. The research content of this paper is divided into the following aspects: The first part: on the basis of analyzing the research background and summarizing the domestic and foreign research, this paper expounds the significance of the topic, and at the same time, the necessary explanation of the research ideas and research methods is given. The second part: the study of the operating mechanism of urban rural tourism. As the urban rural tourism is a new concept, this part of its concept, background, functional characteristics are described. It lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the operating mechanism model of urban rural tourism and the system division of the morphological model. On this basis, the WSR methodology is used. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the development of urban rural tourism, this paper constructs the operating mechanism model of urban rural tourism from three aspects: rural environment, policy system and interest group. The third part: the study of the operation mode of urban rural tourism. It expounds the relationship between the operation mechanism and mode of urban rural tourism, and on this basis. Based on the development of urban rural tourism and the different composition of the main body of interest groups, the model of urban rural tourism is divided into four types, namely, administrative driving type and enterprise-led type. Share-changing modeling and multi-party cooperation. And systematic theoretical analysis and analysis of each classification. Part 4th: the empirical study of urban rural tourism in Shanghai. Taking Shanghai as an example, using telephone interview method, according to the operating mechanism and model of urban rural tourism subdivision type. The typical rural tourist attractions in Shanghai are classified and analyzed, and the representative rural tourist destinations are selected in each type to be proved by examples. Find the problem and combine with the experience of foreign urban rural tourism. On the basis of the evolution law of urban rural tourism development, this paper gives a bold outlook on the new operation model (family management type) which may be derived from the next stage of Shanghai.
