中国5A级景区分布特征及其经济效应探讨

【摘要】:近年来,中国5A级景区的数量增长很快,各地方政府为之投入了大量资源。5A级景区分布越来越不均衡,其增长有向社会经济发达地区聚集的趋势。采用通径分析法并借助SAS 9.3的TSCSREG程序,对2007年获评的第1批5A级景区所在地城市进行投资拉动、消费拉动的经济效应分析。5A级景区建设引致的固定资产投资转化为人均GDP的效率较低;同时,5A级景区的旅游收入转化为人均GDP的能力稍显不足,在消费驱动方面对人均GDP的影响有限。因此,应当适当调节5A级景区资格的分配,加强旅游产业的深化,让旅游产业从"交费"走向消费,谨慎对5A级景区的投资。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of 5A scenic spots in China has increased rapidly, and local governments have invested a lot of resources in the distribution of .5A scenic spots. Its growth tends to gather in the developed regions of society and economy. By means of path analysis method and TSCSREG program of SAS 9.3, the first batch of cities of 5A grade scenic spots that were evaluated in 2007 were invested. Analysis of the economic effect of consumption-led. The efficiency of transforming fixed asset investment into per capita GDP due to the construction of class 5A scenic spot is relatively low, and the ability of transforming tourism income into per capita GDP of Grade 5A scenic spot is slightly insufficient. The influence of consumption drive on GDP per capita is limited. Therefore, we should adjust the allocation of 5A grade scenic spot qualification properly, strengthen the deepening of tourism industry, let tourism industry move from "paying fees" to consumption, and make careful investment in 5A grade scenic spot.
