对宁夏回族自治区体育旅游发展的研究

【摘要】：随着人们物质生活的极大丰富和闲暇时间的不断增多,旅游成为人们重要的休闲生活方式。据世界旅游理事会(WTTC)统计,旅游业已超过了汽车业、钢铁业、电子业和农业成为了世界上最大的行业。体育旅游是体育与旅游有机结合体,是以体育为内涵、旅游为载体,凭借自身的健身性、刺激性、趣味性、参与性等特点,成为旅游市场上一种新型的、时尚的旅游生活方式。为了大力发展体育旅游业国家出台了一系列的政策,2007年《关于发展服务业的若干意见》中提出“要全力投资和发展民生服务业,不断培育新型服务业,为服务业提供新的增长点,以建设小康社会和消费结构转型为目标,大力发展文化、旅游、休闲娱乐和体育等服务行业,优化服务产业消费结构,满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化生活”。2009年又颁发了《国务院关于加快发展旅游业的意见》,在这个文件中提出了要大力推进体育与旅游及相关产业的融合发展,鼓励资源丰厚的地区发展体育旅游,重点培育发展具有地方特色和自主知识产权的登山、悠闲、滑雪、露营、潜水、高尔夫、探险等户外活动用品及饭店、宾馆等专用产品,全面落实我国“十二五”规划,将“发展绿色和低碳经济”作为重点内容,大力推行具有休闲体育、绿色体育、民生体育和创新体育特征的体育旅游业。由此可见,研究和探索宁夏体育旅游符合现代人们生活的需求,迎合国家的政策法规,对推动当地旅游业和大众体育的发展有着深远的现实意义,对传承和传播民族文化、改善人民生活水平、推动经济和社会发展、缩小各城市之间的差距都具有十分重要的意义。本文以宁夏回族自治区体育旅游业为研究对象,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法、田野调查法等研究方法,分三部分对宁夏回族自治区体育旅游的发展进行了研究。第一部分,在对体育旅游概念进行界定的基础上,阐述了发展体育旅游业的作用。第二部分,详细介绍了宁夏回族自治区的体育旅游发展的现状,并对其进行了(?)析,指出目前宁夏回族自治区体育旅游发展存在的主要问题：各区域客源地城乡居民收入水平低且差距较大；体育旅游整体宣传水平低；深层次的体育旅游(?)文化内涵尚待挖掘；旅游住宿业地区发展不平衡、结构不合理；宁夏体育旅游业资金投入不足；体育旅游业队伍有待进一步加强。第三部分,针对宁夏回族自治区体育旅游发展存在的问题,提出以下六点建议：首先,用“联合”和“互补”来扩大宁夏体育旅游业发展的市场份额；第二,用“市场”和“开放”来增强宁夏体育旅游业发展的实力和活力；第三,发挥宁夏文化优势,增强宁夏体育旅游的文化含量；第四,用“特色”和“精品”来发展宁夏体育旅游商品经济；第五,加强对从业人员素质的培养；第六,加大宣传促销力度。
[Abstract]:With the great enrichment of people's material life and the increase of leisure time, tourism has become an important leisure lifestyle. According to the World Tourism Council (WTTC), tourism has surpassed the automobile industry and the steel industry. The electronics industry and agriculture have become the largest industry in the world. Sports tourism is an organic combination of sports and tourism. It takes sports as the connotation, tourism as the carrier, relying on its own fitness, irritation, interest, participation and other characteristics. Become a new type of tourism market, In order to vigorously develop sports tourism, the country has issued a series of policies. In 2007, several opinions on the development of the service industry proposed that "we should make every effort to invest in and develop the people's livelihood service industry, and constantly cultivate a new type of service industry." To provide a new growth point for the service industry, with the goal of building a well-off society and the transformation of the consumption structure, vigorously developing the service industries such as culture, tourism, leisure, entertainment and sports, and optimizing the consumption structure of the service industries, "to satisfy the growing spiritual and cultural life of the people." in 2009, the State Council issued the State Council's opinions on speeding up the Development of Tourism. In this document, it was proposed to vigorously promote the integration and development of sports, tourism and related industries. To encourage the development of sports tourism in areas with rich resources, with emphasis on cultivating and developing mountaineering, leisure, skiing, camping, diving, golf, adventure and other outdoor items with local characteristics and independent intellectual property rights, as well as special products such as hotels and guesthouses, etc. Fully implementing the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country, taking "developing a green and low-carbon economy" as the key content, vigorously promoting sports tourism with the characteristics of leisure sports, green sports, people's livelihood sports and innovative sports. The study and exploration of sports tourism in Ningxia accords with the needs of modern people, caters to the policies and regulations of the country, has far-reaching practical significance to promote the development of local tourism and mass sports, and is of great significance to the inheritance and dissemination of national culture. It is of great significance to improve people's living standards, promote economic and social development and narrow the gap between cities. This paper takes the sports tourism of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region as the research object, through the methods of literature, logic analysis, expert interview, field investigation, etc. The development of sports tourism in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region is studied in three parts. The first part, on the basis of defining the concept of sports tourism, expounds the function of developing sports tourism. The second part introduces the present situation of sports tourism development in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region in detail, and carries on the development to it? The main problems in the development of sports tourism in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region are pointed out: the income level of urban and rural residents in various regions is low and the gap is large; the overall propaganda level of sports tourism is low; The cultural connotation remains to be excavated; the development of tourist accommodation industry is unbalanced and the structure is unreasonable; the fund investment of sports tourism in Ningxia is insufficient; and the team of sports tourism needs to be further strengthened. In the third part, in view of the problems existing in the development of sports tourism in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, the following six suggestions are put forward: first, to expand the market share of sports tourism development in Ningxia by "union" and "complementarity"; second, Using "market" and "opening" to enhance the strength and vitality of Ningxia sports tourism development; third, give play to Ningxia's cultural advantages, enhance the cultural content of Ningxia sports tourism; 4th, To develop Ningxia sports tourism commodity economy with "characteristic" and "fine"; 5th, to strengthen the cultivation of the quality of practitioners; 6th, to increase publicity and promotion.
