乡村旅游食品安全管理问题与对策

【摘要】：乡村旅游食品是乡村旅游中主要的经营项目之一,其安全不仅关乎每个游客身心健康更影响到旅游的品质。当前乡村旅游食品生产服务存在基础设施设备不到位、食品加工环境差、问题食品原料、从业人员卫生意识淡薄、食品安全监管难等问题,建议通过乡村旅游相关的行政主管部门的联动合作监管,构建乡村旅游食品安全体系,保护乡村旅游消费的权利,推进乡村旅游食品的品牌化建设,促进乡村旅游健康发展。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism food is one of the main management projects in rural tourism. Its safety is not only related to the physical and mental health of every tourist, but also affects the quality of tourism. Problems such as poor food processing environment, poor food raw materials, weak hygiene awareness of practitioners, difficult food safety supervision and so on. It is suggested that the rural tourism food safety system should be constructed through the cooperation and supervision of the administrative departments concerned in rural tourism. To protect the right of rural tourism consumption, to promote the brand construction of rural tourism food, and to promote the healthy development of rural tourism.
