男装基础款袖型结构与上肢形态功能适应性研究

【摘要】：服装衣袖是包裹在人体上肢外表的形态空间物，对它的研究有利于解决衣袖结构造型与人体上肢形态功能适应性问题。本文从课题的研究背景与现状、男性上肢形态功能表征、男性上肢形态功能表征与基础款袖型结构适应、男装基础款袖型功能主观评价等4个部分入手，阐述了课题研究的目的与意义；分析了男性上肢形态结构、功能表征及对基础款袖型结构的影响、男性上肢在不同动作状态下体表皮肤变化与对应的衣袖板型结构；确定了袖型功能舒适性评价的方法；总结了男装基础款袖型结构与人体上肢不同动作状态下的适应关系；说明了袖型结构设计中以人体形态功能为依据的重要性。本课题基于男性上肢形态功能、关节静、动态表征需求理论，对男装基础款袖型结构从来源到形态产生进行深入分析；依据人体上肢参数测量实验，，运用平面裁剪技术，得出衣袖参数对应的板型结构，并制作成衣，在袖型功能舒适性主观评价体系中研究袖子成型与穿着、人体适应关系等问题。通过分析研究得出既满足人体静态美观，又符合其动态舒适的最佳袖型纸样结构数据，如实做到“按需配袖”，从而丰富男装袖子纸样设计理论知识体系，为男装基础袖型结构研究提供参照，并对现有生产企业和教学、科研工作提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Garment sleeve is a kind of shape space wrapped in the appearance of human upper limb. The research on it is helpful to solve the problem of adaptability between garment sleeve structure modeling and human upper limb morphology and function. In this paper, according to the research background and present situation, the male upper limb morphology and function are represented. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the study are expounded, and the morphology and structure of the male upper limb are analyzed, and the subjective evaluation of the function of the male upper extremity is discussed in four parts: the shape and function of the male upper limb and the subjective evaluation of the function of the man's upper limb. The functional characterization and effect on the basic cuff structure, the changes of the skin of the upper limb and the corresponding cuff plate structure under different movement conditions, and the evaluation method of the functional comfort of the cuff type were determined. The relationship between the sleeve structure of men's basic section and the different action states of human upper limb is summarized, and the importance of the function of human body in the design of sleeve structure is explained. Based on the theory of male upper limb shape and function, joint static and dynamic representation, this paper makes a deep analysis of the men's basic cuff structure from source to form, according to the human upper limb parameter measurement experiment, using plane cutting technology, The plate structure corresponding to sleeve parameters is obtained, and ready-made clothes are made. In the subjective evaluation system of sleeve functional comfort, the relationship between sleeve shaping and wearing, human body adaptation and so on is studied. It also accords with the data of the best sleeve pattern structure which is dynamic and comfortable, so as to "match sleeves according to need", which enriches the theoretical knowledge system of men's sleeve pattern design, provides a reference for the study of men's basic sleeve structure, and provides a reference for the existing production enterprises and teaching. Scientific research provides reference basis.
