桃源县政府引导下的旅游产业开发研究

【摘要】：目前,我国旅游业已成为地区经济发展的重要增长值之一。在以市场调节为主的旅游产业化经营过程中,政府必须实施积极有效的宏观引导和行业规制。尤其在区域旅游地开发过程中,更需要地方政府扮演重要的角色。桃源县位于湖南省西北常德市境内,属于湘西地区,作为历史文化名城和中国优秀旅游城市,拥有“桃花源里的城市”这张城市名片。旅游业不仅在桃源的经济和社会发展中起到重要的推动作用,也是桃源走出湖南,走向全国,走向世界,展现桃源优美风光、乡土民情、人文历史与文化传统的窗口和门户。近些年来,桃源县旅游业发展速度较快,旅游业在经济和社会发展中的地位日益突出,旅游业的健康发展已经成为桃源经济发展的重要保障。但是随着旅游市场化、信息化和产业化的不断发展,桃源县旅游业在发展过程中也存在着不少的问题,桃源县政府面临着严峻的考验。本文在实地调研和对游客进行问卷调查并统计分析的基础上,从政府的角度对桃源县旅游资源、旅游业发展现状和旅游市场、旅游空间竞合以及旅游业发展过程中存在的问题进行了全面系统的分析,进而提出了具有针对性的对策建议：打造旅游集散县城,改善旅游基础和接待设施；加快建设重点景区,与周边景区差异化竞争；联合周边景区,形成大旅游格局；加强对旅游产品的开发；制定科学合理的旅游规划；全方位提高人力资源队伍素质；多方位吸收资金；提高旅游营销水平；开发与保护相结合,改善旅游环境；强化政府指导,做好制度保障等。希望这些建议、对策能够对桃源县旅游业的健康稳定发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:At present, tourism in China has become one of the important growth values of regional economic development. The government must implement active and effective macro-guidance and industry regulation, especially in the process of regional tourism development, the local government should play an important role. Taoyuan County is located in Changde City, northwest of Hunan Province. It belongs to Xiangxi region. It is a famous historical and cultural city and an excellent tourist city in China. The tourism industry not only plays an important role in promoting the economic and social development of Taoyuan, but also shows Taoyuan's beautiful scenery by going out of Hunan to the whole country and into the world. Local people, cultural history and cultural tradition of the window and portal. In recent years, tourism in Taoyuan County has been developing rapidly, and tourism is playing an increasingly prominent role in economic and social development. The healthy development of tourism has become an important guarantee for the economic development of Taoyuan. However, with the marketization of tourism, With the continuous development of information and industrialization, there are many problems in the development of Taoyuan County tourism, and the Taoyuan County government is facing a severe test. On the basis of field investigation and questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of tourists, this paper analyzes the tourism resources, tourism development status and tourism market in Taoyuan County from the perspective of the government. The paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the problems existing in the process of tourism space competition and tourism development, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: to build the county seat of tourism distribution and to improve the tourism foundation and reception facilities; Speed up the construction of key scenic spots and competition with the surrounding areas; combine the surrounding scenic spots to form a large tourism pattern; strengthen the development of tourism products; formulate scientific and reasonable tourism planning; improve the quality of human resources team; To absorb funds in all directions; to improve the level of tourism marketing; to combine development with protection, to improve the tourism environment; to strengthen government guidance, and to do a good job of ensuring the system. The countermeasures can provide certain reference and reference for the healthy and stable development of tourism in Taoyuan County.
