大同市文化旅游产业发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,原来以观光为主的旅游已经开始向体验性、文化性更强的文化旅游转变。这种需求的快速增长,为文化旅游产业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇。但目前学界对于文化旅游产业的研究仍处于探索起步阶段,这与文化旅游产业发展的实践不相适应。以大同市文化旅游产业的探索实践作为个案,不仅有助于深化人们对于文化旅游产业概念、价值、发展原则、发展理念、发展战略和措施的认识,而且对于促进大同市文化旅游产业又好又快发展,提高大同市的核心竞争力,美誉度和知名度,促进大同市经济和社会发展都具有重要的现实意义和长远的战略意义。 本文应用产业发展战略基本理论,结合大同市的实际情况,探讨了大同市文化旅游产业发展思路与开发重点,主要研究以下几个方面:一、梳理了大同市文化旅游资源状况,总结了大同市文化旅游产业发展取得的成绩和存在的问题;二、在对大同市文化旅游产业内外部环境分析的基础上,采用SWOT定性分析,,总结了影响产业发展的内部优势、劣势因素以及外部机遇、威胁因素;三、将传统的SWOT分析法、Delphi法、AHP法和四维坐标系战略重心定位法相结合,构建了SWOT量化分析模型,并运用SWOT量化分析模型对大同市文化旅游产业发展应采取的战略进行选择和判断,提出促进大同市文化旅游产业发展的对策建议。 本文的主要结论:当前大同市文化旅游产业的优势因素大于劣势因素,机会因素多于威胁因素;产业的发展宜采用机会型增长战略,即在充分发挥产业自身优势的同时,紧紧把握政策、经济与文化旅游需求持续增长以及旅游行业迎来需求多元化带来的良好发展机遇。针对于此,大同市文化旅游产业发展应着力推进特色文化战略、形象主导战略、旅游宣传营销战略、旅游产品提升战略、以产业链为视角,推进市场化战略、区域联合战略、市政建设和文物保护兼顾战略、信息化战略等8大战略,投融资体制创新、旅游人才队伍建设、旅游管理体制改革、旅游环境整治等4大战略保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, tourism, which used to be mainly sightseeing, has begun to shift to cultural tourism, which is more experiential and more cultural. This kind of demand is growing rapidly. It has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of cultural tourism industry, but the research on cultural tourism industry in academic circles is still in the initial stage of exploration. This is not in line with the practice of cultural tourism industry development. Taking the exploration practice of cultural tourism industry in Datong as a case study, it is not only helpful to deepen people's concept, value, development principle and development concept of cultural tourism industry. The understanding of the development strategy and measures will also promote the sound and rapid development of the cultural tourism industry in Datong City, and improve the core competitiveness, reputation and popularity of Datong City. Promoting the economic and social development of Datong City has important practical significance and long-term strategic significance. Based on the basic theory of industrial development strategy and the actual situation of Datong city, this paper discusses the development thinking and development focus of cultural tourism industry in Datong city, and mainly studies the following aspects: first, combing the situation of cultural tourism resources in Datong city. This paper summarizes the achievements and problems in the development of cultural tourism industry in Datong city. Secondly, based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of cultural tourism industry in Datong city, the paper summarizes the internal advantages that affect the development of the industry by using SWOT qualitative analysis. Third, combining the traditional SWOT analysis method with the SWOT method and the four dimensional coordinate system strategic center of gravity positioning method, the SWOT quantitative analysis model is constructed. Using SWOT quantitative analysis model to choose and judge the strategy that should be adopted in the development of cultural tourism industry in Datong city, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of cultural tourism industry in Datong city. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: at present, the advantages and disadvantages of cultural tourism industry in Datong City are greater than the inferior factors, and the opportunity factors are more than the threat factors, and the development of the industry should adopt the opportunistic growth strategy, that is, to give full play to the advantages of the industry itself at the same time, In view of the policy, the sustained growth of economic and cultural tourism demand and the favorable development opportunities brought by diversified demand in the tourism industry, the development of cultural tourism industry in Datong should focus on promoting the strategy of characteristic culture. Image leading strategy, tourism propaganda and marketing strategy, tourism product promotion strategy, promoting market-oriented strategy, regional joint strategy, municipal construction and cultural relic protection strategy, informatization strategy, etc. There are four strategic guarantee measures such as innovation of investment and financing system, construction of tourism talent team, reform of tourism management system and improvement of tourism environment.
