区域温泉旅游资源开发潜力评价研究

【摘要】：随着人们对体验式旅游的追捧,温泉旅游业以其独有休闲养生、康体娱乐等多重功能受到国内外游客的推崇。当前温泉旅游的研究主要关注的是某一区域内温泉旅游资源的特点、评价和开发对策等,国内缺少对温泉旅游资源开发潜力评价的研究,因此难以科学、合理地对区域温泉旅游资源的开发进行系统的调查、评价和分等定级。本文在前人关于温泉旅游资源评价的研究和国家旅游资源评价标准的基础之上,参考已有的旅游资源开发评价体系和开发潜力评价方法,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,构建区域温泉旅游资源开发潜力评价体系和得分等级系统,并以福州温泉旅游为例,对金汤国际温泉度假村、永泰青云山御温泉旅游度假区、闽清黄楮林温泉生态旅游区、连江贵安温泉生态旅游度假区进行了实地调查、问卷评分、等级评定和对比分析,再以分析结果对评价体系进行修改,对开发潜力评价体系做了可行性、科学性、系统性和实用性的验证。从宏观和微观上对温泉旅游区的开发提供建设性的意见,促进温泉旅游区的良性发展,避免出现同质化和恶性竞争,使温泉旅游区找准正确开发的方向和途径。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of experiential tourism, the hot spring tourism industry enjoys its unique leisure life. Many functions, such as recreation, sports and entertainment, are highly praised by tourists at home and abroad. At present, the research on hot spring tourism is mainly concerned with the characteristics, evaluation and development countermeasures of hot spring tourism resources in a certain region. Due to the lack of research on the evaluation of the exploitation potential of the hot spring tourism resources in China, it is difficult to make a systematic investigation, evaluation and grading of the exploitation of the regional hot spring tourism resources scientifically and reasonably. Based on the previous research on the evaluation of hot spring tourism resources and the national tourism resources evaluation standards, and referring to the existing evaluation system of tourism resources development and the evaluation methods of exploitation potential, this paper applies Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The evaluation system and score grade system of regional hot spring tourism resources exploitation potential are established. Taking Fuzhou hot spring tourism as an example, the paper analyzes the Jintang International Hot Spring Resort, Yongtai Qingyun Mountain Royal Hot Spring tourist Resort, and Minqing Huangguilin Hot Spring Resort. Lianjianggui'an Hot Spring Eco-tourism Resort carried out field investigation, questionnaire evaluation, rating and comparative analysis, and then modified the evaluation system with the results of the analysis, and made the evaluation system of development potential feasible and scientific. To provide constructive opinions on the development of hot spring tourist areas from macro and micro aspects, to promote the benign development of hot spring tourist areas, and to avoid homogenization and vicious competition. To make the hot spring tourist area to find the correct direction and way of development.
