基于SWOT分析的东平县乡村旅游开发研究

【摘要】：乡村旅游是以乡村地区为活动场所，利用乡村独特的自然环境、田园风光、生产经营形态、民众风情、农耕文化、农村聚落等资源，为城市居民提供观光、休闲、度假、体验、健身、娱乐和购物的一种新型的旅游经营活动。乡村旅游起源于19世纪中叶的欧洲，而大规模的发展在20世纪的二、三十年代。我国的乡村旅游起步较晚，产生于20世纪80年代，发展于90年代中后期。乡村旅游作为生态旅游中一种最为一般、最为大众接受的一种旅游产品，以人和自然、环境的和谐相处越来越受到人们欢迎。东平县乡村旅游资源丰富，乡村文化底蕴深厚，对乡村旅游业的开发具有绝对的优势。本文紧密结合乡村旅游发展趋势和要求，通过对东平县乡村旅游开发现状进行全面系统的分析，客观准确的找出了东平县乡村旅游开发存在的问题，并结合多种分析方法，理论联系实际，探索性地提出了东平县乡村旅游发展的方向与政策措施。论文分为五个部分：第一章导论。介绍本研究的背景与论文研究的目的和意义，，叙述本研究的主要内容，说明本文研究的方法，并对技术路线进行大致描述，最后提出本文研究的可能创新点及研究不足之处。第二章乡村旅游开发研究概述。本部分主要研究国内外乡村旅游的产生和发展现状，总结出乡村旅游的类型。同时，剖析乡村旅游的内涵和特点。并对乡村旅游发展前景进行相关分析和预测。第三章东平县乡村旅游开发现状及对当地的影响。通过查阅相关文献，收集相关数据，进行实地调研等了解东平县乡村旅游发展现状及对当地经济、环境、社会文化的影响程度。分析研究东平县开发乡村旅游的措施及存在的问题。第四章东平县发展乡村旅游的SWOT分析。这一部分在文献查阅、专家访谈、实地调研的基础上，对东平县乡村旅游发展状况进行调研分析，运用SWOT分析方法，总结出东平县乡村旅游发展的优势、劣势，同时指出东平县乡村旅游所处的发展机遇和所面临的困难和威胁。第五章东平县开发乡村旅游建议。根据上章对东平县乡村旅游的现状及存在问题的相关研究，根据实际情况，提出开发东平县乡村旅游的建议。即从东平县实际出发统一规划乡村旅游；完善开发乡村旅游的配套要素；健全开发乡村旅游的体制机制。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is to take the rural area as the activity place, make use of the rural unique natural environment, pastoral scenery, production and management form, popular amorous feelings, farming culture, rural settlement and other resources, provide sightseeing, leisure, vacation and experience for the urban residents. A new type of tourism business in fitness, entertainment, and shopping. Rural tourism originated in Europe in the middle of 19th century, while large-scale development took place in 20th century and 30s. Rural tourism in China started relatively late. Born in 1980s and developed in 90s, rural tourism is one of the most general and popular tourism products in ecotourism. It is more and more popular to get along with the environment harmoniously. Dongping County is rich in rural tourism resources and has profound rural culture, which has an absolute advantage in the development of rural tourism. This paper closely combines the development trend and requirements of rural tourism. Through a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the present situation of rural tourism development in Dongping County, the problems in the development of rural tourism in Dongping County are found out objectively and accurately, and combined with various analytical methods, the theory is combined with practice. Explore the development of rural tourism in Dongping County direction and policy measures. The thesis is divided into five parts:. The first chapter introduces the background of this study and the purpose and significance of the research, describes the main contents of this study, explains the methods of this study, and gives a general description of the technical route. Finally, this paper puts forward the possible innovation points and research deficiencies. The second chapter is an overview of the development of rural tourism. This part mainly studies the emergence and development of rural tourism at home and abroad, summarizes the types of rural tourism. The connotation and characteristics of rural tourism are analyzed, and the development prospects of rural tourism are analyzed and forecasted. Chapter three: the current situation of rural tourism development in Dongping County and its impact on local areas. Through consulting relevant documents, collecting relevant data and conducting field research, we can understand the current situation of rural tourism development in Dongping County and its impact on the local economy and environment. This paper analyzes and studies the measures and problems of developing rural tourism in Dongping County. Chapter 4th: SWOT analysis of the development of rural tourism in Dongping County. On the basis of literature review, expert interviews and field investigations, this part investigates and analyzes the development of rural tourism in Dongping County, and applies the SWOT analysis method. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of rural tourism in Dongping County, and points out the development opportunities, difficulties and threats faced by the rural tourism in Dongping County. Chapter 5th: suggestions for developing rural tourism in Dongping County. According to the research on the current situation and existing problems of rural tourism in Dongping County in the previous chapter, according to the actual situation, The paper puts forward some suggestions to develop the rural tourism in Dongping County, that is, to plan rural tourism in a unified way from the actual situation of Dongping County, to perfect the supporting elements of rural tourism development, and to perfect the system and mechanism of rural tourism development.
