校内体验式实践教学模式对高职旅游管理人才培养的必要性解析

【摘要】：正近年来,我国旅游业迅速发展,已成为一支新兴的经济增长力量,并逐渐在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。旅游业的发展,极大地推动了旅游人才教育事业的发展。我国旅游人才培养虽然取得了很大的成绩,但仍存在旅游人才建设与行业发展建设不适应、旅游人才培养滞后于市场需求两大突出问题。因此,对高职高专院校旅游管理专业来说,如何改革教学模式,培养适应市场需求且具备可持续发展能力的毕业生是目前亟需解决
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's tourism industry has developed rapidly, has become a new economic growth force, and gradually occupies a pivotal position in the national economy. It has greatly promoted the development of tourism talent education. Although great achievements have been made in the cultivation of tourism talents in China, there is still a lack of adaptability between the construction of tourism talents and the development of the industry. Tourism talents training lags behind the market demand. Therefore, how to reform the teaching mode and train graduates with the ability of sustainable development is urgently needed to solve for the tourism management major in higher vocational colleges.
