基于全面风险管理的浙江旅游企业可持续发展研究

【摘要】：近年来,浙江的私营企业发展迅速,在私营领域占据了不可代替的地位。其开放性的特点决定了其受经济环境影响大,面临的竞争越来越激烈。要想长久不衰、可持续的生存,抵御内外部风险变得至关重要。随着生活水平的提高,人们开始注重对生活品质的追求,这使得旅游业发展迅速。旅游业是一个综合性高、风险性强的行业,对产业环境十分敏感。国内外政治、经济环境稍有变动,对旅游业和旅游企业的影响十分重大。面对如此复杂多变的环境,只有提高自身的风险防范和风险管理能力,才能以变应变。为了研究全面风险管理对浙江旅游企业可持续发展的作用,论文分析了国内外的研究现状,借鉴了全面质量管理的理念,提出了文章的研究思路,选择了研究方法,阐述了全面风险管理的内容,界定了浙江旅游企业的内涵,对旅游企业的风险进行了分类。从全面风险管理的角度对浙江旅游企业的可持续发展进行了探讨,构建了浙江旅游企业可持续发展衡量体系,提出衡量可持续发展的经营绩效、创新成果、组织文化三个衡量维度,并从全成员风险管理、全方位风险管理、全过程风险管理三方面构建对浙江旅游企业可持续发展的作用机制,分析了浙江旅游企业实施全面风险管理与企业可持续发展之间的关系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the private enterprises in Zhejiang Province have developed rapidly and occupied an irreplaceable position in the private sector. Its openness determines that it is greatly affected by the economic environment and faces more and more fierce competition. With the improvement of living standards, people begin to pay attention to the pursuit of quality of life, which makes tourism develop rapidly. Tourism is a comprehensive and risky industry. It is very sensitive to the industrial environment. The political and economic environment at home and abroad has a slight change, which has a great impact on tourism and tourism enterprises. In the face of such a complex and changeable environment, we can only improve our own ability of risk prevention and risk management. In order to change the strain. In order to study the effect of comprehensive risk management on the sustainable development of tourism enterprises in Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, draws lessons from the concept of total quality management, puts forward the research ideas of the article, and selects the research methods. This paper expounds the contents of comprehensive risk management, defines the connotation of Zhejiang tourism enterprises, classifies the risks of tourism enterprises, and probes into the sustainable development of Zhejiang tourism enterprises from the angle of overall risk management. This paper constructs the sustainable development measurement system of Zhejiang tourism enterprises, and puts forward three dimensions to measure the sustainable development, such as management performance, innovative achievements and organizational culture, and from the risk management of all members and all aspects of risk management. Three aspects of the whole process risk management are constructed to the sustainable development of tourism enterprises in Zhejiang, and the relationship between the implementation of comprehensive risk management and the sustainable development of enterprises in Zhejiang is analyzed.
