基于可拓工程法的冀中南区域旅游一体化研究

【摘要】：随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，被誉为“朝阳产业”的旅游业得到了迅猛的发展，并逐渐成为各国经济发展的支柱产业。随着全球经济化和区域经济一体化的发展，作为区域经济一体化的重要组成部分，旅游业区域一体化逐渐成为各国旅游业的发展趋势。旅游业由最初的景点竞争、城市竞争，，逐渐发展到了今天的区域竞争阶段。冀中南区域是中部地区四省交界处的重点区域，被国家列为重点发展地区，丰富的旅游资源及得天独厚的地理优势为冀中南地区旅游一体化的发展奠定了坚实的基础。文章运用可拓工程法，构建冀中南旅游业发展的综合评判物元模型，通过计算测评出各城市旅游业发展的优劣势及整体发展等级，进而进行冀中南区域旅游一体化构思，并且提出了一体化中的实施对策，对于这一地区旅游业的发展可以提供一定的参考。首先，综述国内外学者关于旅游一体化研究的文献及相关概念和理论进行阐述，为本文研究奠定坚实理论基础。其次，从区域概况、旅游资源、旅游市场、旅游交通方面分别阐述了冀中南区域旅游一体化的基础条件，为一体化开发提供了依据。再次，运用可拓工程法对冀中南各市旅游业发展各要素进行单指标和多指标综合评判；从六大方面选取18项指标构建旅游业发展水平可拓物元模型，测评冀中南6市旅游业发展的优劣势条件和综合发展水平。最后，在冀中南各地区旅游业发展水平评判结果的基础上，提出冀中南区域旅游一体化的具体构思，从一体化战略、资源一体化、市场一体化、一体化空间布局方面分别进行了阐述，并提出了冀中南区域旅游一体化的实施对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the tourism industry, which is called "sunrise industry", has been developing rapidly, and has gradually become the pillar industry of the economic development of all countries, along with the development of global economy and regional economic integration. As an important part of regional economic integration, tourism regional integration has gradually become the trend of tourism development in various countries. Gradually developing to the stage of regional competition today. The central and southern regions of Hebei Province are the key areas at the junction of the four provinces in the central region, and have been listed as key development areas by the state. The rich tourism resources and the unique geographical advantages have laid a solid foundation for the development of tourism integration in the central and southern part of Hebei Province. This paper uses the extension engineering method to construct the matter-element model for the comprehensive evaluation of the development of tourism in the central and southern part of Hebei Province. Through the calculation and evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the tourism industry in various cities and the overall level of development, the concept of regional tourism integration in central and southern Hebei is put forward, and the implementation countermeasures in the integration are put forward. For the development of tourism in this area can provide a certain reference. First of all, it summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' literature on tourism integration research and related concepts and theories to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study. Secondly, from the regional overview, tourism resources, tourism market, In the aspect of tourism transportation, the basic conditions of regional tourism integration in central and southern Hebei are expounded respectively, which provides the basis for integrated development. Thirdly, the comprehensive evaluation of each factor of tourism development in central and southern Hebei province is carried out by using extension engineering method. This paper selects 18 indexes from six major aspects to construct a matter-element model of tourism development level, evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development in the six cities of central and southern Hebei, and evaluates the comprehensive development level. On the basis of judging the level of tourism development in central and southern Hebei, the paper puts forward the concrete conception of tourism integration in central and southern Hebei, and expounds the integration strategy, the integration of resources, the integration of market and the spatial distribution of integration respectively. And put forward the implementation countermeasures of regional tourism integration in central and southern Hebei.
