福建宁德世界地质公园白水洋景区游客满意度实证研究

【摘要】:游客满意度是衡量旅游景区经营与管理成败的关键。只有不断提升游客满意度,才能使旅游目的地在激烈的市场竞争中保持持续稳定发展,永立不败之地。在广泛参考国内外相关研究的基础上,从吃、住、行、游、购、娱和服务7个方面选择23个评价因子,构建了一套游客满意度评价指标体系,并利用之对457位到福建宁德世界地质公园的主要景区之一——白水洋景区旅游的游客进行实证研究。层次分析和模糊综合评判表明,游客对景区旅游产品与服务的总体评价为基本满意,游客对各因素的满意程度从高到底依次是:资源、娱乐、食物、购物、交通、服务、住宿。T检验和单因素方差分析表明,不同人口学特征的游客对景区的满意度部分存在显著差异。针对本项研究结果,本文对福建宁德世界地质公园白水洋景区的合理经营与管理提出若干对策建议。
[Abstract]:Tourist satisfaction is the key to measure the success or failure of the management and management of tourist attractions. Only by continuously improving tourist satisfaction can the tourist destination maintain a sustained and stable development in the fierce market competition. On the basis of extensive reference to relevant research at home and abroad, 23 evaluation factors are selected from 7 aspects of eating, living, traveling, shopping, entertainment and service, and a set of evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction is constructed. An empirical study of 457 tourists to one of the main scenic spots of Ningde World Geopark in Fujian Province, the White Water Ocean Scenic spot, has been carried out. The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show that, The overall evaluation of tourist products and services of scenic spots is basically satisfactory. The degree of satisfaction of tourists to various factors is: resources, entertainment, food, shopping, transportation, service, accommodation. T test and single factor variance analysis. According to the results of this study, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the rational management and management of Baishuiyang Scenic spot in Ningde World Geopark, Fujian Province.
