【摘要】：作为省级“乡村旅游示范县”,四川省高县在乡村旅游产业发展方面具有得天独厚的优势和巨大的发展潜力。通过不断丰富乡村旅游产业的文化内涵和底蕴,充分发挥乡村旅游产业的区域关联带动性,全县乡村旅游产业逐年蓬勃发展,主要旅游经济指标连续五年保持着25%以上的高速增长态势,并由此成为引领全县农民致富的重要支柱产业。然而,从近年来高县乡村旅游的发展特征和水平来看,总体仍处于起步的自发阶段,并且在其发展过程中暴露出诸多的现实问题,严重制约了高县乡村旅游的健康、持续发展。正是基于这样一个现实背景,本文针对高县乡村旅游发展的相关问题开展了大量深入、细致的调查研究,其主要目的旨在借鉴国外发达国家和地区在乡村旅游产业理论与发展实践方面的成功经验,并从近年来高县乡村旅游资源开发利用的现实情况出发,通过剖析高县在发展乡村旅游产业过程中存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出今后高县乡村旅游发展对策及措施,期望通过本文研究所形成的学术成果,能够对今后一段时期高县地方政府及相关部门制定区域性乡村旅游产业发展的中长期规划和科学决策具有较为重要的参考价值,从而对高县乡村旅游的健康、持续发展起到重要的推动作用。研究结果表明：第一,高县乡村旅游资源丰富,外部交通便利、区位优越,政府主导机制逐渐加强,消费水平整体偏低,发展乡村旅游具有比较优势。目前,高县乡村旅游尚处于起步后的稳定发展阶段,乡村旅游开发模式主要有田园风光观赏型、城郊农家生活参与型、民俗风情体验型、庙宇及红色文化旅游、大型景区依托型等5种类型,乡村旅游发展空间较大。第二,以问卷调查的方式对高县乡村旅游客源地市场开展访谈调研,通过对相关数据进行整理和分析,可以看出,当前高县乡村旅游发展已经初具规模,但存在着诸多较为突出的、亟待解决的现实问题,比如：旅游产品开发层次不够,档次较低,基础设施不完善,旅游营销手段相对缺乏,乡村生态环境破坏较为严重,从业者素质较低,服务质量总体偏低等。上述问题的长期存在,势必会严重制约高县乡村旅游实现健康、持续和快速发展。第三,基于对乡村旅游客源市场的问卷访谈情况及数据分析结果,根据当前高县乡村旅游发展存在的主要问题,提出了未来一段时期推进高县乡村旅游发展的政策和建议,即加强乡村旅游的科学规划管理、加大乡村旅游产品的开发深度、改善乡村旅游基础设施条件、强化乡村旅游的宣传力度、坚持走生态发展之路和提升乡村旅游的整体服务质量。
[Abstract]:As a provincial "rural tourism demonstration county", Gaoxian County in Sichuan Province has unique advantages and huge development potential in the development of rural tourism industry. Give full play to the regional links of the rural tourism industry, the rural tourism industry in the whole county is booming year by year, and the main economic indicators of tourism have maintained a rapid growth trend of more than 25% for five consecutive years. This has become an important pillar industry leading farmers to get rich in the county. However, from the development characteristics and level of rural tourism in Gaoxian County in recent years, it is still in the spontaneous stage of starting. And in its development process exposed a lot of practical problems, seriously restricted the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism in Gao County. It is precisely based on such a realistic background that this paper has carried out a large number of in-depth and meticulous investigations and studies on the related issues related to the development of rural tourism in Gao County. Its main purpose is to draw lessons from the successful experience of foreign developed countries and regions in the theory and development practice of rural tourism industry, and proceed from the current situation of rural tourism resources development and utilization in Gaoxian County in recent years. By analyzing the main problems existing in the development of rural tourism industry in Gaoxian County, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures for the development of rural tourism in Gaoxian County in the future. It has important reference value for the local government and relevant departments of Gaoxian county to formulate the long-term planning and scientific decision for the development of regional rural tourism industry in the future, so as to the health of rural tourism in Gaoxian county. Sustainable development plays an important role in promoting. First, Gaoxian rural tourism resources are abundant, external transportation is convenient, location is superior, government leading mechanism is gradually strengthened, consumption level is on the low side, development of rural tourism has comparative advantage. Gaoxian rural tourism is still in a stable stage of development after its beginning. The development mode of rural tourism mainly includes idyllic scenery, rural life participation, folk customs experience, temple and red culture tourism. Large-scale scenic spots rely on the type of 5 types, rural tourism development space is large. Secondly, through the investigation of the rural tourist market in Gaoxian, we can see that the development of rural tourism in Gaoxian county has begun to take shape at present. However, there are many outstanding and urgent practical problems, such as: the level of tourism product development is not enough, the level is low, the infrastructure is not perfect, the tourism marketing means are relatively lacking, and the rural ecological environment is destroyed seriously. The quality of practitioners is low and the quality of service is on the low side. The long-term existence of these problems is bound to seriously restrict the rural tourism in Gaoxian County to achieve healthy sustained and rapid development. Thirdly, based on the questionnaire interview and data analysis of rural tourist market, according to the main problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Gaoxian county, the paper puts forward some policies and suggestions to promote the development of rural tourism in Gaoxian county for a period of time. That is, strengthening the scientific planning and management of rural tourism, increasing the depth of the development of rural tourism products, improving the conditions of rural tourism infrastructure, and strengthening the propaganda of rural tourism. Adhere to the path of ecological development and improve the overall quality of rural tourism services.
