中东铁路工业遗产的分布现状及其完整性保护

【摘要】：中东铁路是我国少有的大尺度线性文化景观遗产的突出代表,具有空间分布完整、历史演化连续、文化内容多样和遗产价值典型等特征。通过对中东铁路工业遗产综合价值、各段落及主要节点工业遗产分布特征的分析,从法律机制、规划管理、区域合作和开展工业遗产旅游等方面探讨跨区域、大尺度文化遗产完整性保护和利用的有效途径,为解决我国文化遗产保护利用中的现实困境,促进遗产区域经济、社会文化与环境的和谐发展提供有意义的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The Middle East Railway is the outstanding representative of the large-scale linear cultural landscape heritage in our country. It has the characteristics of complete spatial distribution, continuous historical evolution, diverse cultural content and typical heritage value. By analyzing the distribution characteristics of industrial heritage in various paragraphs and main nodes, this paper discusses the effective ways to protect and utilize the integrity of cross-regional and large-scale cultural heritage from the aspects of legal mechanism, planning and management, regional cooperation and industrial heritage tourism, etc. In order to solve the practical dilemma in the protection and utilization of cultural heritage in our country and to promote the harmonious development of regional economy, social culture and environment of heritage, this paper provides a meaningful reference for reference.
