项目后评价在旅游投资项目中的应用研究

【摘要】：随着中国旅游业的高速增长,国内旅游企业综合实力得到很大提升,旅游投资也随之进入快速增长期。旅游企业面对更加多样化、复杂化、综合化的旅游投资项目时,对这些项目投资经验的总结与反思变得更加重要,旅游企业内部建立一套完整的项目后评价工作流程体系显得尤为迫切。本文首先通过引入项目后评价的基本概念,介绍了项目后评价的基本内容、工作程序及评价方法。再通过总结国内旅游企业、旅游投资发展趋势,详细论述项目后评价工作在当代旅游企业快速发展过程中的意义,在对比分析单一类型投资项目与旅游投资项目区别的基础上,提出旅游企业开展项目后评价的差异原则,阐述了旅游企业不同类型项目后评价内容区别于单一项目后评价的原因,并运用关注度评分表,将旅游企业项目后评价内容及不同类型旅游投资项目后评价所应关注的重点进行区分与判别,根据不同类型旅游投资项目的不同特点,将项目后评价的关注重点及具体内容进行适当调整,对以满足不同类型旅游投资项目后评价为研究对象的理论体系进行了探索、充实。最后,本文结合工作实际,以S景区Z展厅提升改造项目为例,探索旅游企业投资项目后评价的理论、方法及在实践中的运用,以帮助旅游企业项目后评价工作者深入了解、运用本文所介绍的理论体系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's tourism industry, the comprehensive strength of domestic tourism enterprises has been greatly enhanced, tourism investment has also entered a period of rapid growth.In the face of more diversified, complex and integrated tourism investment projects, it is more important for tourism enterprises to sum up and reflect on the investment experience of these projects.It is particularly urgent to establish a complete system of post-project evaluation workflow in tourism enterprises.This paper first introduces the basic concept of project post evaluation, introduces the basic content, work procedure and evaluation method of project post evaluation.Then through summing up the development trend of domestic tourism enterprises and tourism investment, the significance of post-project evaluation in the rapid development of contemporary tourism enterprises is discussed in detail, and on the basis of comparing and analyzing the differences between single type investment projects and tourism investment projects,This paper puts forward the difference principle of post-project evaluation in tourism enterprises, expounds the reasons why the content of post-evaluation of different types of projects is different from the post-evaluation of a single project, and applies the attention scale.This paper distinguishes and discriminates the content of post-evaluation of tourism enterprise project and the key points that should be paid attention to by different types of tourism investment projects, according to the different characteristics of different types of tourism investment projects.By adjusting the focus and concrete content of post-project evaluation, this paper explores and enriches the theoretical system of post-evaluation to meet the needs of different types of tourism investment projects.Finally, this article combines the work reality, takes the S scenic spot Z exhibition hall promotion transformation project as an example, explores the tourism enterprise investment project post-evaluation theory, the method and the application in the practice, in order to help the tourism enterprise project post-evaluation worker to understand deeply,Using the theoretical system introduced in this paper.
