南瓮河自然保护区生态旅游资源评价与开发策略研究

【摘要】：生态旅游已成为旅游产业中发展最快的部分,依托于自然保护区的生态旅游不但可以提升人们的环保意识,促进当地经济发展,更有利于保护区的可持续发展。一些自然保护区的生态旅游已形成特色并取得了较好的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,初步建立起自养能力。我国的生态旅游仍处于起步阶段,大多数自然保护区开展生态旅游的同时,也出现了因管理不善、过分强调经济效益、环境保护宣传不足、游客数量超出环境容量等原因,造成自然保护区原始生态环境遭到破坏、资源退化的现象。保护区的生态旅游开发已成为国内外研究热点,南瓮河自然保护区的生态旅游仍处在探索阶段,如何在保护的基础上进行可持续的生态旅游开发,已成为自然保护区面临的一个重要课题。 本文以南瓮河自然保护区为研究对象,在全面调查、广泛收集有关资料的基础上,采用咨询有关专家、比较分析、SWOT分析等研究方法,结合生态学理论、管理学理论、可持续发展理论等理论知识,在对南瓮河自然保护区资源现状、生态旅游资源等级、生态旅游开发环境等的评价与分析基础上,提出南瓮河自然保护区生态旅游的开发策略。 (1)对南瓮河自然保护区生态旅游资源进行评价。依据国家质量技术监督局发布的中华人民共和国国家标准(GB/T18005-1999)《中国森林公园风景资源质量等级评定》标准,邀请相关领域专家对南瓮河自然保护区风景资源各项评价因子进行打分,通过风景资源评分加权计算南翁河自然保护区风景资源质量等级得分为41.06分,等级为Ⅰ级。 (2)南瓮河自然保护区生态旅游SWOT分析。通过分析得出,南瓮河自然保护区具有发展生态旅游的优势明显,自然资源丰富,美誉度较高,目前正处在发展生态旅游产业的一个重要时期,充满了机遇,但同时也需要面对挑战。 (3)南瓮河自然保护区生态旅游开发策略。根据SWOT分析结果,结合生态学、旅游学、管理学、可持续发展等理论,以促进保护区可持续发展、科学合理的进行开发和建设,充分发挥其科研、教育、宣传与文化功能为前提,提出南瓮河自然保护区生态旅游开发建议,包括指导思想、开发原则、发展目标、人才队伍建设、监测站点布局、区域结盟策略、旅游产品策划及景区建设等方面内容。
[Abstract]:Ecotourism has become the fastest growing part of the tourism industry. Ecotourism relying on nature reserves can not only promote people's awareness of environmental protection, promote local economic development, but also benefit the sustainable development of protected areas.The ecotourism of some nature reserves has formed the characteristic and has obtained the better ecological benefit, the economic benefit and the social benefit, establishes the autotrophic ability preliminarily.Ecotourism in our country is still in its infancy. While developing ecotourism in most nature reserves, there are also some reasons, such as poor management, excessive emphasis on economic benefits, insufficient publicity for environmental protection, and the number of tourists exceeding the capacity of the environment.The original ecological environment of nature reserve is destroyed and the resources are degraded.The ecotourism development of the reserve has become a research hotspot at home and abroad. The ecotourism of Nanwenghe Nature Reserve is still in the exploratory stage. How to develop sustainable ecotourism on the basis of protection?It has become an important subject for nature reserves.This paper takes Nanwenghe Nature Reserve as the research object, on the basis of comprehensive investigation, extensive collection of relevant information, consulting relevant experts, comparative analysis of SWOT analysis and other research methods, combined with ecological theory, management theory, etc.On the basis of the evaluation and analysis of the present situation of resources, ecotourism resource grade and ecotourism exploitation environment in Nanwenghe Nature Reserve, the theory of sustainable development theory and so on, the development strategy of eco-tourism in Nanweng River Nature Reserve is put forward.To evaluate the ecotourism resources of Nanwenghe Nature Reserve.According to the National Standard GB / T 18005-1999 issued by the State Bureau of quality and Technical Supervision, the Standard for the Evaluation of the quality of Scenic Resources in China Forest Parks,Experts from relevant fields were invited to rate the various evaluation factors of landscape resources in Nanwenghe Nature Reserve. The quality grade of landscape resources in Nanweng River Nature Reserve was calculated by weighted evaluation of landscape resources. The score was 41.06, and the grade was grade 鈪，
