基于旅游意象的昆明文明街历史街区开发研究

【摘要】：历史街区旅游是当今城市文化旅游的重要组成部分，是旅游者探寻历史感、认同感和归属感的根源所在。2012年云南省“十二五”规划中明确提出要充分发挥云南特色民族文化、历史文化、地域文化和自然资源优势，从而提升发展旅游业，为历史街区旅游开发提供了良好的政策引导和支持。文明街历史街区是历史文化名城重要的评选标准，历史文化价值极高，却在城市化进程中遭受了种种破坏，使之成为昆明城内唯一仅存的老街区。因此，文明街历史街区进行合理有效的保护和开发已成为重要的研究课题。随着中国旅游业的迅猛发展，在凯文·林奇城市空间意象理论基础之上，旅游意象研究成为旅游研究的新宠，并取得了一定的成就。本文以旅游意象为理论基础，以昆明文明街历史街区为例，对其展开深入的旅游开发研究。新理论的恰到好处的运用或许会有意想不到的效果，本文力求对文明街历史街区进一步的旅游开发研究有所启示。本文通过采用旅游意象访谈、传统问卷调查、绘制心智地图、照片选取、博客游记五种旅游意象研究方法，调查研究了文明街历史街区旅游意象，重点分析了街区旅游意象的优势和问题，并针对问题提出切实有效的建议，以期对文明街历史街区的旅游开发有所帮助。具体内容如下：第一章绪论部分。首先阐述了本文的研究背景和研究意义，其次梳理了研究思路，分析和描述了研究方法、研究框架，最后提出了难点和创新点。第二章历史街区、旅游意象的文献综述研究，是本文的基础理论部分。首先国内外专家学者对历史街区的相关概念进行界定，并对历史街区与旅游之间进行相关研究；其次详细地阐述了国外、国内专家学者对旅游意象内涵的解释及研究进展、旅游意象的相关研究；最后对历史街区和旅游意象进行了研究述评，，认为历史街区是旅游研究的热点，但是旅游意象理念运用的案例较少。第三章文明街历史街区背景条件分析。首先按照时间沿革对昆明历史街区的总体概况进行分析，确定了研究范围；其次对文明街历史街区的总体概况和主要资源进行了分析，并指出了文明街历史街区旅游开发的必要性和可能性。第四章旅游意象研究方法在文明街历史街区旅游开发中的应用，是本文的核心部分。首先采用旅游意象访谈、传统问卷调查、绘制心智地图、照片选取、博客游记五种方法对文明街历史街区进行定性和定量的研究，然后对总体结果进行对比分析。第五章基于旅游意象的昆明文明街历史街区旅游开发，是文章的重点研究部分。在第四部分基础之上，文章从旅游意象五元素的角度，分析其各自的优势、问题，并根据问题进行文明街区的旅游开发，以促进该街区合理保护和开发，以及历史文化名城品牌的提升。第六章结论和展望。概括总结了昆明文明街历史街区旅游意象的优势和缺点，并对研究中的不足进行了展望，希望在以后的研究中可以逐步完善。
[Abstract]:Historic district tourism is an important part of the city cultural tourism, tourists seeking a sense of history, identity and sense of belonging to the origin of.2012 in Yunnan Province, "12th Five-Year" plan clearly proposed to give full play to the characteristics of Yunnan ethnic culture, historical culture, regional culture and natural resources, so as to enhance the development of the tourism industry. Provides a good policy guidance and support for the tourism development of historical district. Civilization Street Historic District is a historical and cultural city an important selection criteria of high historical and cultural value, but in the process of city suffered a failure, to become Kunming city's only remaining old blocks. Therefore, civilization Street Historic District protection and a reasonable and effective exploitation has become an important research topic.
With the rapid development of the tourism industry in China, Kevin Lynch on the image of city tourism image has become the theoretical basis, the research of tourism research new favorites, and made some achievements. This paper takes tourism image as the theoretical basis, to Kunming civilization Street Historic District as an example, research on tourism development in depth. By using the new theory just perfect perhaps there will be an unexpected effect, this paper seeks to civilization Street Historic District Tourism Development of further inspiration.
By using the traditional tourism image interviews, questionnaire survey, drawing a mind map, select photos, travel blog five tourism image research method, investigation of the civilization Street Historic District tourism image, analyzes the advantages and problems of tourism image blocks, and puts forward effective suggestions to solve the problems, in order to tourism development of civilization street the historic district to help. The specific contents are as follows:
The first chapter is the introduction. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are elaborated. Secondly, the research ideas are analyzed, the research methods and research framework are analyzed and described, and finally, difficulties and innovations are put forward.
The second chapter Historic District, literature review of the research on tourism image, is part of the basic theory. Firstly, experts and scholars at home and abroad related to the concept of historical block definition and related research of historical districts and tourism; secondly elaborated the interpretation and research progress abroad, domestic experts and scholars on the connotation of tourism image the related research, tourism image; at the end of the historic district and tourism image of that review, the historic district is the hotspot of the tourism research, but few cases of using the concept of tourism image.
The third chapter analyzes the background conditions of civilization streethistoric districts. In accordance with the overall situation of the first time evolution of the historic district of Kunming were analyzed to determine the scope of the study; secondly, the general situation of civilization Street Historic District and the main resources were analyzed, and pointed out the necessity and possibility of civilization Street Historic District tourism development.
The fourth chapter is the application of tourism image research method in the civilization Street Historic District tourism development, is the core part of this paper. First interview by tourism image, traditional questionnaire survey, drawing a mind map, select photos, on travel blog five methods of qualitative and quantitative of civilization Street Historic District, then the overall results were compared and analyzed.
The fifth chapter is based on the tourism image of Kunming tourism development of civilization Street Historic Districts, is the focus on the part of the article. Based on the fourth part, the article from the five elements of the tourism image perspective, analyzes their advantages, problems, and tourism development of civilization blocks according to the problems, in order to promote the reasonable protection and development of the block, and enhance the historical and cultural city brand.
The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of tourism image in historic street of Kunming civilization Street, and forecasts the shortcomings in the research, hoping it can be perfected in the future research.
