北京市门头沟区旅游生态安全评价研究

【摘要】：自2005年被定位为首都生态涵养区后,门头沟区紧密围绕“生态立区”战略和区域功能定位要求,以生态修复、环境治理和城区绿化为重点,全面加大城乡生态环境建设,提出大力发展以旅游业为主导的现代服务业,极大地促进了旅游业尤其是生态旅游的发展。2010年,围绕发展生态友好型旅游,建设绿色门头沟的战略,门头沟区已建成48个观光园,拥有民俗旅游接待户901户。全年接待游客353.9万人次,虽比上年下降10.4%,但实现旅游收入5.5亿元,比上年增长16.8%。观光园和民俗旅游全年共接待游客100.9万人次,实现经营收入7888.7万元,分别比上年增长15.6%和29.3%。但同时,由于长期以来矿业的大规模粗放式开发,导致该区资源几近衰竭、生态破坏和环境污染严重、生态治理难度较大,加之处于矿业关停经济转型期的居民增收乏力、生活困难等问题,门头沟区的社会经济整体发展落后,交通等基础设施建设较差,严重制约着该区旅。游业的发展。生态安全评价是生态安全研究与可持续发展研宄的重要领域,是随着生态风险评价和生态系统健康评价发展起来的。国内关于生态安全评价指标体系的研究主要以区域生态安全评价为主,在研究领域主要集中在土地、河流、水资源、植被等方面。本文是在国内外生态安全相关研究的基础上,进一步探讨旅游生态安全的概念与内涵以及旅游生态安全评价的相关理论与评价方法,构建了旅游生态安全评价指标体系,并以北京市生态涵养区——门头沟区为例进行了实证研究。论文共分为六个部分：第一部分是绪论,主要介绍论文的选题背景和意义、国内外相关研究成果、研究内容、方法、目标与技术路线。第二部分是旅游生态安全内涵及相关基础理论,主要探讨了旅游生态安全的概念、特征、影响因子及其相关基础理论。第三部分是旅游生态安全评价研究,包括旅游生态安全评价的概念、评价系统、评价方法、评价指标体系的构建等内容。第四部分是门头沟区旅游生态安全综合评价研究,论文在分析门头沟区自然、社会、经济以及旅游生态环境发展现状的基础上,引入“压力-状态-响应(P-S-R)”模型,构建评价指标体系,并运用熵权法与综合指数法,对北京市门头沟区2005年-2010年的旅游生态环境安全状态进行了综合评价。第五部分是门头沟区旅游可持续发展对策与建议,论文结合门头沟区实际情况,对影响其旅游生态安全的主要限制性因子进行分析,并提出相应建议和对策。第六部分是结论与探讨部分,总结文章的研究结论和不足,探讨旅游生态安全继续研究的方向和重点。
[Abstract]:Since being designated as the ecological conservation area of the capital city in 2005, Mentougou district has focused on ecological restoration, environmental management and urban greening, focusing on the strategy of "ecological establishment area" and the requirements of regional function positioning, and has comprehensively increased the ecological environment construction in urban and rural areas.It is proposed that the development of modern service industry, which is dominated by tourism, has greatly promoted the development of tourism, especially ecotourism. In 2010, the strategy of building green gateways around the development of eco-friendly tourism was put forward.Mentougou District has built 48 tourist parks, with folk tourism reception households 901.During the year, 3.539 million tourists were received, a drop of 10.4 percent over the previous year, but the tourism income was 550 million yuan, an increase of 16.8 percent over the previous year.Tourist parks and folklore tourism received 1.009 million tourists in the year, bringing in 78.887 million yuan of operating income, an increase of 15.6 percent and 29.3 percent respectively over the previous year.But at the same time, because of the extensive exploitation of the mining industry for a long time, the resources in the area are nearly exhausted, the ecological damage and environmental pollution are serious, the ecological management is difficult, and the residents in the period of economic transition of the mining industry shut down, the income increase is weak.The social and economic development of Mentougou is backward, and the construction of infrastructure such as transportation is poor, which seriously restricts the travel in Mentougou.The development of the tourism industry.Ecological security assessment is an important field of ecological security research and sustainable development. It is developed with ecological risk assessment and ecosystem health assessment.The research on the evaluation index system of ecological security in China is mainly focused on regional ecological security evaluation, and mainly on land, rivers, water resources, vegetation and so on.On the basis of the research on ecological security at home and abroad, this paper further discusses the concept and connotation of tourism ecological security, as well as the related theories and evaluation methods of tourism ecological security evaluation, and constructs the evaluation index system of tourism ecological security.Taking the ecological conservation area of Beijing-Mentougou area as an example, an empirical study was carried out.The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, domestic and foreign related research results, research contents, methods, objectives and technical routes.The second part is the connotation of tourism ecological security and related basic theories, mainly discusses the concept, characteristics, impact factors and related basic theories of tourism ecological security.The third part is the study of tourism ecological security evaluation, including the concept of tourism ecological security evaluation, evaluation system, evaluation methods, evaluation index system, and so on.The fourth part is the comprehensive evaluation of tourism ecological security in Mentougou area. On the basis of analyzing the development of natural, social, economic and tourism ecological environment in Mentougou area, the paper introduces the "pressure-state-response" model.The evaluation index system is constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation of tourism ecological environment security state in Mentougou district of Beijing from 2005 to 2010 is carried out by using entropy weight method and comprehensive index method.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of tourism in Mentougou area. Combining with the actual situation of Mentougou area, the paper analyzes the main restrictive factors affecting its tourism ecological security, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.The sixth part is the conclusion and the discussion part, summarizes the article research conclusion and the insufficiency, discusses the tourism ecological security continues to study the direction and the focal point.
