闽台休闲农业对比研究

【摘要】：随着经济发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，休闲在其生活中占据了越来越重要的地位。福建省位于我国东南部，其气候、文化资源等丰富，为发展休闲农业奠定了坚实的基础，然而由于政府扶植力度有待加强、产业化集群尚未形成，导致福建省的休闲农业面临着诸多问题。因此从休闲农业的现状和相关理论出发，剖析现阶段福建省休闲农业发展存在的问题，并找出促进福建省休闲农业发展的路径，对拉动福建省经济和造福农民，以及促进休闲农业的可持续发展具有积极而重要的意义。本文共分为六个部分。第一章为绪论，主要阐述本文进行研究的背景，，对于目前国内休闲农业的发展以及福建地区休闲农业发展的基本情况进行一定的介绍，然后进行国内外文献的综述，为本文的研究打下理论基础；第二章以案例分析的形式，选取三个福建地区比较有代表性的休闲农业项目进行阐述，主要介绍其发展状况，对于其基本情况进行简要分析；第三章是对台湾休闲农业的现状分析了解其快速发展的原因。第四章则从相同点与不同点两方面对于福建地区与台湾地区的休闲农业发展进行对比，从而总结出福建地区应当吸取的经验；第五章，针对上文提出的福建地区休闲农业发展中的特点，有针对性的一一分析解决的方式；第六章为结论，对于全文进行总结。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, leisure occupies a more and more important position in their life.Fujian Province is located in the southeast of China, its climate, cultural resources and other rich, laid a solid foundation for the development of leisure agriculture, but due to the government support to be strengthened, the industrial cluster has not yet formed.The leisure agriculture of Fujian Province is faced with many problems.Therefore, based on the current situation and relevant theories of leisure agriculture, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture in Fujian Province at present, and finds out the path to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Fujian Province, which will promote the economy of Fujian Province and benefit farmers.And to promote the sustainable development of leisure agriculture has a positive and important significance.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the background of this paper, introduces the development of leisure agriculture in China and the basic situation of leisure agriculture in Fujian, and then summarizes the literature at home and abroad.In the second chapter, in the form of case study, three representative leisure agriculture projects in Fujian region are selected to explain, mainly introduce the development of the basic situation of a brief analysis;The third chapter is to analyze the current situation of leisure agriculture in Taiwan to understand the reasons for its rapid development.Chapter four compares the development of leisure agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan from the aspects of similarities and differences, so as to sum up the experience that Fujian should learn.According to the characteristics of the leisure agriculture development in Fujian area, the author analyzes and solves the problem one by one. Chapter six is the conclusion, which summarizes the whole paper.
