基于博弈论的休闲产业创新研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,休闲成为人们生活的重要组成部分,成为这个时代的主旋律;而伴随着休闲需求的旺盛和休闲消费的增加,休闲产业成为人们关注的焦点。然而,休闲需求的瞬息万变和竞争环境的加剧使休闲产业在其发展中遇到环境、结构和需求等诸多困境,严重阻碍其健康可持续发展。因此,各个休闲供给主体之间协同合作,共同创新有助于休闲产业走出困境,而博弈论是用于研究相关主体之间相互作用相互影响并做出决策的一门学科,将此用于对休闲产业发展的研究具有实际意义。有鉴于此,本文利用博弈论的方法分析休闲产业相关主体之间的互动关系,展开对休闲产业创新的研究。 本文以我国休闲产业存在的问题为切入点,运用博弈论的方法对休闲产业的创新必要性和创新具体模式进行研究。本研究一方面丰富了产业创新的理论体系,拓宽了博弈论的运用领域,另一方面为休闲产业的发展提供具体创新模式,有助于休闲产业的发展。 本文共分为五章。第一章,介绍本文的选题背景与研究意义,研究内容,研究方法以及创新之处;第二章,系统回顾和梳理了国内外休闲产业创新及其博弈论运用的现有成果,界定了相关概念,并阐释了研究的重要理论基础;第三章,在分析了我国休闲产业的发展现状以及存在的问题的基础上,建立演化博弈模型,分析我国休闲产业协同创新的必然性并且从个人、企业和政府三方分析影响休闲产业协同创新的因素;第四章,分别以三大主体之间的相互作用为出发点,提出体闲产业协同创新的四大模式,即官产学复合创新、产业融合创新、中小企业联合创新和产消耦合创新,并从理论和实践两方面对各种模式进行详细分析;第五章,概括本文的主要结论,分析本文研究的不足以及对未来研究的展望。 本文的主要结论包括:第一,休闲产业创新的稳定状态取决于创新策略与保守策略的得益之间的关系,而得益主要取决于政府、企业、个人等休闲主体之间的行为选择;第二,休闲产业各大主体之间的协同创新是休闲产业走出困境的必由之路:第三,从休闲产业创新主体及其相互作用看主要有四种模式,即官产学复合创新、产业融合创新、中小企业联合创新、产消耦合创新:第四,从理论和实证上可以证明前三大创新模式已具有其现实可行性,而产消耦合创新模式是贯穿休闲产业发展全过程并发挥基础性作用的模式,在当今和未来的体闲产业中发挥重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, leisure becomes an important part of people's life and becomes the main melody of this era, and with the vigorous demand for leisure and the increase of leisure consumption,Leisure industry has become the focus of attention.However, the rapid change of leisure demand and the aggravation of competitive environment make leisure industry encounter many difficulties in its development, such as environment, structure and demand, which seriously hinder its healthy and sustainable development.Therefore, cooperative cooperation among various leisure providers and joint innovation can help the leisure industry out of the dilemma. Game theory is a discipline used to study the interaction and decision-making between the relevant subjects.It is of practical significance to study the development of leisure industry.In view of this, this paper uses the game theory method to analyze the interactive relationship between the related subjects of leisure industry, and carries out the research on the innovation of leisure industry.Based on the problems existing in the leisure industry of our country, this paper studies the necessity of innovation and the specific mode of innovation of the leisure industry by using the method of game theory.On the one hand, this study enriches the theoretical system of industrial innovation and widens the application field of game theory, on the other hand, it provides specific innovation mode for the development of leisure industry, which is helpful to the development of leisure industry.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this paper, research content, research methods and innovations. Chapter two systematically reviews and combs the existing achievements of domestic and foreign leisure industry innovation and its application of game theory, defines the relevant concepts.Chapter three, on the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of leisure industry in China, establishes the evolutionary game model, analyzes the inevitability of cooperative innovation of leisure industry in China, and analyzes the necessity of cooperative innovation in leisure industry.The fourth chapter, taking the interaction between the three main bodies as the starting point, puts forward the four modes of collaborative innovation of the leisure industry, that is, the compound innovation of government industry and school.Industrial convergence innovation, small and medium-sized enterprise joint innovation and production-elimination coupling innovation are analyzed in detail from both theoretical and practical aspects. Chapter five summarizes the main conclusions of this paper.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of this study and prospects for future research.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the stable state of innovation in leisure industry depends on the relationship between innovation strategy and conservative strategy, and the benefit mainly depends on the behavior choice among leisure subjects such as government, enterprise, individual and so on.The cooperative innovation among the main bodies of the leisure industry is the only way for the leisure industry to get out of the predicament. Thirdly, there are four modes of innovation from the perspective of the innovation subject and its interaction, that is, the combination innovation of official production and learning, and the innovation of industry integration.Joint innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, coupling innovation of production and elimination: fourth, theoretically and empirically, it can be proved that the first three innovation modes have its practical feasibility.The innovation mode of coupling production and elimination is the mode that runs through the whole process of the development of leisure industry and plays a fundamental role, and plays an important role in the present and future leisure industry.
