语文教学对提升中职旅游专业学生人文素养的意义与教学对策

【摘要】:旅游专业是教育部颁布的《中等职业学校专业目录》的主干专业之一,许多职业院校率先开设旅游专业,,重点突出建设。该专业涵盖酒店管理与服务、空港乘务与服务、旅游管理与服务、导游和旅行社实务等子专业,涉及面较为广泛。随着改革开放的不断深入,国内外游客逐年递增,带来了旅游行业的空前繁荣,其所需从业人员的标准也更为严格。如何培养适应市场需要、经得起行业考验的技能人才,更好的在教学内容、教学模式与教学方法等领域发挥引领示范作用,成为职业院校旅游专业发展的主要议题。 在中职院校学科建设中,语文学科的基础性、综合性最强,它紧密联系其他科目,有着丰富的文化底蕴和人文内涵,具有极为重要的学科价值。针对旅游专业学生,语文作为文化基础课,在提升学生口语交际与人文素养等方面显得尤为重要,肩负起打造专业核心能力的中坚作用。本文尝试以“语文教学对提升中职旅游专业学生人文素养的意义与教学对策”为题,细化调查研究,对中职院校旅游专业语文教学现状做出客观分析与整体评价,重审中职旅游专业语文教学的性质、作用和任务。文章共分为五个部分。 第一部分为中职旅游专业毕业生从业现状调研。首先分析旅游行业发展现状及所面临的主要问题,经过市场调研,整合出现代旅游业对从业人员的标准与要求,并依托个案分析和市场调研,总结当今中职旅游专业学生普遍存在的问题。 第二部分为中职旅游专业语文教学现状及原因探究。通过对典型个案进行关于学习动机、学习兴趣、学习习惯和学习方法的问卷调查,查找问题,探究原因,为下一步提出对策,解决问题奠定基础。 第三部分集中论述语文教学对提升中职旅游专业学生人文素养的实践意义。强调语文作为以母语教学为根本任务的基础教育课程,是为其他专业学科服务、奠基的基础教育课程,在旅游专业教学中应为主干课程。紧接着分析语文教学可以提升学生的思想道德情操、审美鉴赏水平,带动其他专业学科的学习。 第四部分是根据前述提出改进中职旅游专业语文教学的对策与措施。首先重申中职旅游专业语文教学的主要任务,进而提出创新中职旅游专业语文教学理念,阐述提高中职旅游专业语文教学质量的基本途径,突出创新性实用性,并分析研究如何改进语文教学过程中的评价保障机制。 第五部分为结语,介绍文章结论。整合中职旅游专业语文教学的先进理念和创新模式,为进一步研究做好铺垫。
[Abstract]:Tourism specialty is one of the backbone specialties of the specialized catalogue of Secondary Vocational Schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education. Many vocational colleges and universities take the lead in setting up tourism specialties with emphasis on construction.This major covers hotel management and service, airport crew and service, tourism management and service, tour guide and travel agency practice and so on, covering a wide range of areas.With the deepening of reform and opening up, domestic and foreign tourists are increasing year by year, which brings the unprecedented prosperity of the tourism industry, and the standards of its employees are more strict.How to train the skilled personnel who can meet the needs of the market, stand the test of the industry, play a leading role in teaching content, teaching mode and teaching method, become the main topic of tourism specialty development in vocational colleges and universities.In the discipline construction of secondary vocational colleges, the basic and comprehensive Chinese subject is the strongest. It is closely related to other subjects, has rich cultural and humanistic connotation, and has extremely important subject value.For tourism students, as a basic course of culture, Chinese is particularly important in improving students' oral communication and humanistic literacy, and plays an important role in building the core competence of the major.This paper attempts to make an objective analysis and overall evaluation on the present situation of Chinese teaching of tourism major in secondary vocational colleges, on the topic of "the significance and teaching countermeasures of Chinese teaching to enhance the humanistic literacy of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools", and to make a detailed investigation and study.Review the nature, role and task of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational tourism major.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is a survey of the employment status of secondary vocational school tourism graduates.First of all, it analyzes the current situation of tourism industry development and the main problems it faces. Through market research, it integrates the standards and requirements of modern tourism industry to employees, and relies on case analysis and market research.This paper summarizes the common problems existing in the students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools.The second part is the current situation and reasons of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational tourism specialty.Through the questionnaire survey on learning motivation, learning interest, learning habits and learning methods, this paper tries to find out the problems, explore the reasons, and lay the foundation for the next step to solve the problems.The third part focuses on the practical significance of Chinese teaching to enhance the humanities quality of secondary vocational tourism students.It is emphasized that Chinese, as a basic education course with mother tongue teaching as its basic task, is a basic education course which serves other specialties and lays a foundation. It should be the main course in tourism teaching.Then it analyzes that Chinese teaching can promote students' moral sentiment, aesthetic appreciation, and promote the study of other professional subjects.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the Chinese teaching of secondary vocational tourism specialty.First of all, it restates the main task of Chinese teaching of secondary vocational tourism specialty, then puts forward the innovation of Chinese teaching concept of secondary vocational tourism specialty, expounds the basic ways to improve the quality of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational tourism specialty, and emphasizes the innovative practicability.And analyze and study how to improve the evaluation and guarantee mechanism in the process of Chinese teaching.The fifth part is the conclusion of the article.To integrate the advanced ideas and innovative modes of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational tourism specialty, and pave the way for further research.
