青岛灵山卫卫城文化旅游资源开发研究

【摘要】：文化是旅游的灵魂，在新世纪人们对知识的渴求急剧增长，人们的外出旅游已从单纯的自然观光旅游，转变为以体验和感受旅游地独特的人文和历史文化为目的的文化旅游。文化旅游成为旅游业的热点和发展方向。灵山卫是一个拥有优美独特自然风光和悠久历史文化的沿海小镇，随着经济的发展，当地政府开始发展旅游业，一些景区得到开发。但是当地的旅游业以自然资源开发为主，对历史文化旅游资源没有重视。灵山卫作为明代山东沿海重要的卫所，在历史上占有重要的地位。灵山卫的卫城文化，是当地重要的历史文化旅游资源。深入挖掘卫城文化旅游资源，打造历史文化旅游品牌，构建出山水与文化相融的历史文化旅游，是灵山卫旅游可持续发展的迫切需要。本文对灵山卫街道办事处的概况进行了调查。然后对灵山卫的卫城文化做了深入的研究。探讨了灵山卫在明代山东沿海卫所中的地位，灵山卫设立卫的原因，考证了灵山卫建立的时间，总结出灵山卫以建筑、军事、经济、文化教育、历史名人为主的卫城文化旅游资源。在对灵山卫旅游发展现状调查的基础上，找出灵山卫旅游业发展的问题：灵山卫主要以自然旅游资源为主，对历史文化旅游资源开发不够，缺乏明确的旅游主题形象。然后对灵山卫发展卫城文化旅游进行调查问卷，分析了灵山卫的卫城文化在当地旅游资源中的地位和开发前景。通过以上的研究，提出灵山卫发展卫城文化旅游的可行性和必要性。制定了卫城文化旅游产品设计指导思想目标和开发原则，对卫城文化的建筑文化、军事文化、文化教育、经济文化、历史名人等卫城文化旅游资源进行旅游产品开发设计。最后对卫城文化旅游的市场营销提出了自己的意见，希望对灵山卫旅游业的发展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Culture is the soul of tourism. In the new century, people's thirst for knowledge has grown rapidly. People's travel has changed from simple natural sightseeing to cultural tourism aimed at experiencing and feeling the unique humanistic and historical culture of the tourist destination.Cultural tourism has become the hot spot and developing direction of tourism.Lingshan Wei is a coastal town with beautiful and unique natural scenery and long history and culture. With the development of economy, the local government began to develop tourism and some scenic spots were developed.However, the local tourism is based on the development of natural resources, and no attention has been paid to the historical and cultural tourism resources.Lingshan Wei, as an important station along Shandong coast in Ming Dynasty, occupies an important position in history.Lingshan Wei's Acropolis culture is an important local historical and cultural tourism resources.It is an urgent need for the sustainable development of Lingshanwei tourism to dig deeply the cultural tourism resources of the Acropolis, to build the brand of historical and cultural tourism, and to construct the historical and cultural tourism which combines the landscape and culture.This paper investigates the general situation of Lingshan Wei Subdistrict Office.Then the Lingshan Wei's Acropolis culture has been deeply studied.This paper probes into the position of Lingshan Wei in the Shandong Coastal Wei Institute in Ming Dynasty, and the reasons for the establishment of Lingshan Wei, verifies the time when Lingshan Wei was established, and concludes that Lingshan Wei uses architecture, military, economy, culture and education.Historical celebrity-oriented Acropolis cultural tourism resources.On the basis of the investigation of the present situation of Lingshanwei tourism development, this paper finds out the problems in the development of Lingshanwei tourism: Lingshanwei mainly focuses on natural tourism resources, lacks the development of historical and cultural tourism resources, and lacks a clear tourism theme image.Then a questionnaire was conducted to investigate Lingshan Wei's development of Acropolis cultural tourism, and the status and development prospect of Lingshanwei culture in local tourism resources were analyzed.Through the above research, the paper puts forward the feasibility and necessity of Lingshan Wei's development of Acropolis cultural tourism.The guiding ideology and development principles of the design of the cultural tourism products of the Acropolis are formulated, and the tourism products of the architectural culture, military culture, cultural education, economic culture, historical celebrities and so on are designed and developed for the construction culture, the military culture, the cultural education, the economic culture, the historical celebrities and so on.Finally, the author puts forward his own opinions on the marketing of cultural tourism in Acropolis, hoping to benefit the development of Lingshan and Wei tourism.
