乡村旅游度假区评价指标体系研究

【摘要】：我国的乡村旅游业经过十几年的发展，已进入成熟发展阶段，目前正面临产业升级问题，经历由乡村观光向乡村度假的转变阶段。作为乡村度假发展的载体，乡村旅游度假区近几年随着人们对度假旅游需求的与日俱增，如雨后春笋般出现在神州大地上。各地涌现了一批比较有代表性的乡村旅游度假区，但由于我国乡村旅游度假区整体上仍处于初级发展阶段，许多地方的乡村旅游度假区都存在产品雷同、品位不高、度假产品不完善等问题。如何为乡村旅游度假区构建一个评价体系，使其拥有一个借鉴、指导的标准，是目前亟待解决的一个课题。本文在总结前人研究的基础上，，以乡村旅游度假区评价指标体系及其应用为研究对象，依据可持续发展理论、旅游系统理论、体验经济理论，从乡村旅游度假区的概念出发，对国内外重要文献进行了回顾和总结，在此基础上提出了44个乡村旅游度假区评价指标。通过德尔菲法对指标进行了筛选，并对一些指标进行了修正。构建的乡村旅游度假区评价指标体系框架由区域环境条件、乡村资源乡件、度假区条件三个主题构成，下设自然生态条件、乡村自然资源、地方饮食等12个要素层，再下设水体质量、网络通信设施完善程度、农副产品丰富度等43个具体指标。通过问卷调查及层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重。以白鹤乡村旅游度假区做为案例，采用模糊数学评判法先确定评判等级，再对其发展状况进行评价。通过调查分析，发现目前白鹤乡村旅游度假区存在乡村非物质文化遗产保护不够、服务人员业务能力欠缺、度假娱乐项目单一化等问题，针对这些问题提出了对应的对策及建议。
[Abstract]:After more than ten years' development, China's rural tourism industry has entered a mature stage of development. At present, it is facing the problem of industrial upgrading and experiencing the transition from rural tourism to rural vacation. As the carrier of the development of rural vacation, rural tourism resorts in recent years with the increasing demand for holiday tourism, such as bamboo shoots in the land of China. A number of representative rural tourist resorts have emerged in various places, but because the rural tourist resorts in our country are still in the primary stage of development as a whole, many rural tourist resorts in many places have similar products and low grade. Vacation products are not perfect and so on. How to construct an evaluation system for rural tourist resorts and make them have a reference and guidance standard is an urgent task to be solved. On the basis of summing up the previous studies, this paper takes the evaluation index system and its application of rural tourism resorts as the research object, according to the theory of sustainable development, the theory of tourism system, the theory of experience economy, and starts from the concept of rural tourism resorts. Based on the review and summary of the important literatures at home and abroad, the evaluation indexes of 44 rural tourist resorts are put forward. The indexes were screened by Delphi method, and some indexes were modified. The evaluation index system framework of rural tourist resorts is composed of three themes, namely, regional environmental conditions, rural resources and rural areas, and the conditions of resorts. There are 12 essential factors, such as natural ecological conditions, rural natural resources and local diet, etc. Then the water quality, network communication facilities, agricultural and sideline products richness and other 43 specific indicators are set up. The weight of each index is determined by questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process. Taking Baihe Village Tourism Resort as a case, the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method is used to determine the grade of evaluation, and then to evaluate its development. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that at present there are some problems such as insufficient protection of rural intangible cultural heritage, lack of service personnel's business ability, simplification of holiday and entertainment items, etc. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these problems are put forward.
