A商务旅游公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:A商务旅游服务公司是一家主要服务山东境内政府部门、企业事业单位的,专门从事商务旅游服务的旅行社。 随着商务旅游市场的逐渐成熟,国内商务旅游市场巨大的发展潜力吸引了众多进入者:国外商务旅游大鳄纷纷与中国企业合资进入国内市场,国内众多休闲旅游旅行社纷纷组建商务旅游服务部门,很多中小型商务旅游服务企业更是鱼龙混杂。 A商务旅游服务公司深耕山东商务旅游服务市场,尽管形成了一定规模和市场影响力,但是面对越来越激励的市场竞争,以及原有客户特别是政府部门对商务旅游费用的不断压缩导致的市场压力加大等因素,如何进行战略调整,实现企业长期发展,成为必须解决的当务之急。 本文围绕A商务旅游公司发展战略这一核心问题,从企业所处的外部环境和拥有的内部资源两个方面入手,分析了整个宏观政治经济环境以及企业所处的行业整体和行业竞争状况,明确了企业面临的机会和威胁,同时从企业所掌握的资源和能力出发,阐明了自身的劣势和优势。最后,明确了A商务旅游服务公司的企业使命和核心竞争力,并通过SWOT矩阵分析,明确了成长战略是A公司未来发展的主要战略选择,并提出了落实这一发展战略的有关措施。 本文采用PEST、SWOT等方法对商务旅游服务市场整体环境和竞争进行了深入探究,并提出了有针对性的落实战略的实施方案,整个论文探讨的问题以及由此提出的方案建议将会推动A商务旅游服务公司更好的保持核心竞争力,实现不断壮大发展,真正做到基业长青。
[Abstract]:A business travel service company is a main service in Shandong government departments, enterprises and institutions, specializing in business tourism services travel agencies. With the gradual maturity of the business tourism market, the huge development potential of the domestic business tourism market has attracted a large number of entrants: foreign business tourism alligators have joined up with Chinese enterprises to enter the domestic market. Many domestic leisure travel agencies have set up business tourism service departments, and many small and medium-sized business tourism service enterprises are even more mixed. A Business Tourism Service Company has deeply cultivated the Shandong business tourism service market. Although it has formed a certain scale and market influence, it is facing more and more stimulating market competition. As well as the factors such as increasing market pressure caused by the constant compression of business travel expenses by the original customers, especially government departments, how to carry out strategic adjustment and realize the long-term development of enterprises has become an urgent matter to be solved. This paper focuses on the development strategy of A business tourism company from two aspects: the external environment and the internal resources. This paper analyzes the whole macro political and economic environment and the situation of the whole industry and industry competition in which the enterprise is located, and clarifies the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise. At the same time, from the point of view of the resources and abilities grasped by the enterprise, it clarifies its own disadvantages and advantages. Finally, it clarifies the enterprise mission and core competence of A Business Tourism Service Company, and through the analysis of SWOT matrix, clarifies that the growth strategy is the main strategic choice for the future development of A Company, and puts forward the relevant measures to carry out this development strategy. In this paper, the overall environment and competition of the business tourism service market are deeply explored by using the method of PEST-SWOT, and the implementation plan of the targeted implementation strategy is put forward. The problems discussed in the whole paper and the proposed solutions will promote A Business Tourism Service Company to maintain its core competitiveness, achieve continuous development, and truly achieve the foundation industry evergreen.
