大西柏坡红色旅游目的地耦合发展机制研究

【摘要】:随着旅游业的飞速发展,中国旅游市场已经进入到消费大众化、追求个性化、产品多元化、目标层次化、发展国际化的新时代。因此,实现多元化的旅游产品结构,适应旅游市场个性化的要求必将成为红色旅游开发的一个重点。以红色旅游为核心,建立耦合发展机制,整合其他旅游资源,加强区域内部耦合力度,与周边省市协同发展,构建大旅游发展格局成为其重要手段,红色旅游已经进入到全面耦合发展的新阶段。 大西柏坡是一个全新的地理概念,其范围包括平山县的五镇两乡(温塘镇、西柏坡镇、岗南镇、古月镇、下槐镇、苏家庄乡、北冶乡)和岗南水库,总面积约合812.6km2。大西柏坡模式就是以大旅游理论为基础并结合耦合发展等理论为依据,将红色旅游的开发作为大西柏坡旅游区发展的一个重要组成部分,用系统论的思想把区域内不同种类的旅游资源进行耦合开发,形成独立鲜明的旅游品牌,实现产品优化和产业互补,做大产业链,带动相关产业的发展,打破行政区划加强区域旅游合作,增强旅游目的地整体的吸引力和竞争力,,以及有利于营销扩散的大区域旅游合作的立体开发模式。 文章选取大西柏坡红色旅游目的地耦合发展机制为研究对象,在对大西柏坡旅游资源及内外部耦合发展条件分析的基础上,提出了大西柏坡红色旅游目的地耦合发展的相关对策。论文分为七个部分,主要内容如下: 第一、二部分为绪论和概念辨析与理论基础研究,简要概述了大西柏坡耦合发展的背景,综述了国内外红色旅游研究现状。对红色旅游和耦合发展的概念进行了辨析,并引入大旅游理论、系统论、共生理论和优势产业竞争力理论,同时阐明本研究的目的及意义。 第三部分为研究区概况分析,首先对大西柏坡的地理区位和范围进行了界定。其次深入分析了该旅游目的地的经济发展水平、旅游业发展水平、旅游接待设施发展现状和旅游资源概况。 第四部分是全文的核心部分,该部分为大西柏坡红色旅游目的地耦合发展机制建立的定性和定量评价。首先,用定性评价的方法分析了该区域耦合发展机制建立的可行性和必要性。政策的支持、旅游地域要素组合的优势、交通条件的改善、成功案例的借鉴为其耦合发展机制的建立提供了可行性;合理开发西柏坡旅游资源、加快西柏坡经济发展、改变旅游产品供给与市场需求不一致的旅游发展现状,促使大西柏坡必须进行耦合发展。在此基础上,用层次分析法与德尔非法相结合的定量评价方法从资源、经济、区位、政策和市场五个层面对大西柏坡耦合发展要素进行了评价。 第五部分为大西柏坡与周边省市区域协同发展研究。从客源市场、产业互补性、交通廊道效应、旅游形象差异度四个方面分析大西柏坡与省会石家庄市的旅游依赖度。并分析了大西柏坡与北京、天津、山西等周边省市的旅游联动发展。 第六部分,以前文的分析为基础,以相关理论和耦合原则为依据,对大西柏坡红色旅游目的地耦合发展提出具体的对策。包括:旅游空间耦合、旅游产品耦合、旅游形象耦合、旅游调控机制耦合及旅游营销策略耦合。 第七部分,对全文进行总结,并提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism, China's tourism market has entered a new era of popular consumption, pursuit of individualization, diversification of products, level of goals and internationalization of development. Therefore, the realization of diversified tourism product structure and adaptation to the requirements of personalized tourism market will be a key point in the development of red tourism. As the core, the establishment of the coupling development mechanism, the integration of other tourism resources, the strengthening of regional internal coupling, and the coordinated development with the surrounding provinces and cities, the construction of a large tourism development pattern has become an important means. Red tourism has entered a new phase of comprehensive coupling development.
The great Xibaipo is a new geographical concept. Its scope includes five towns and two townships in Pingshan County (Wen Tang Town, Xibaipo Town, Gangnan Town, Gu Yue Town, xihuai Town, Sujia Zhuang Township, North smelter township) and Gangan reservoir. The total area of 812.6km2. is based on the theory of big tourism and coupled with the theory of coupling development. As an important part of the development of the tourism area of the great Xibaipo area, the development of tourism is an important part of the development of different kinds of tourism resources in the region. The development of tourism resources in the region is developed to form an independent and distinct tourist brand, to achieve product optimization and industry complementation, to make a large industrial chain, to promote the development of related industries and to break the administrative division to strengthen the region. Tourism cooperation enhances the overall attractiveness and competitiveness of tourist destinations, as well as the three-dimensional development mode of large regional tourism cooperation which is conducive to the spread of marketing.
On the basis of the analysis of the tourism resources and the internal and external coupling development conditions of the tourism resources and the internal and external development conditions of the great Xibaipo slope, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the development of the coupling development of the red tourism destination in the great Xibaipo slope. The thesis is divided into seven parts, the main contents are as follows:
The first, second part is the introduction, the concept and the theoretical basis, a brief overview of the background of the development of the great Xibaipo coupling, the review of the current status of red tourism at home and abroad, the concept of red tourism and the development of coupling, and the introduction of the theory of big tourism, system theory, symbiotic theory and the competitive advantage theory of industry, and clarifies at the same time The purpose and significance of this study.
The third part is the general analysis of the study area. First, the geographical location and scope of the great Xibaipo is defined. Secondly, the economic development level of the tourist destination, the development level of tourism industry, the status of the development of tourist reception facilities and the general situation of tourism resources are analyzed.
The fourth part is the core part of the full text, which is the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the establishment of the red tourism destination coupling development mechanism of the great Xibaipo slope. Firstly, the feasibility and necessity of the establishment of the coupled development mechanism of the region are analyzed with the qualitative evaluation method, the support of the policy, the advantage of the regional elements combination of the travel tour and the change of the traffic conditions. Good, the reference of successful cases provides the feasibility for the establishment of its coupling development mechanism; the rational development of Xibaipo tourism resources, quickening the economic development of Xibaipo and changing the present situation of tourism development which are inconsistent with the supply of tourism products and market demand, promote the coupling development of the great Xibaipo. On this basis, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Del are used. The quantitative evaluation method of illegal combination is evaluated from the five levels of resources, economy, location, policy and market.
The fifth part is the research on the coordinated development of the West baippo and the surrounding provinces and provinces. From the four aspects of the tourist market, the industrial complementarity, the traffic corridor effect and the difference of the tourism image, this paper analyzes the tourism dependence of the Shijiazhuang city of the great xibapo and the provincial capital, and analyzes the linkage and development of the tourism in the surrounding provinces and cities of the great xibapo and Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi and other provinces and cities.
The sixth part, based on the analysis of the previous article, based on the related theory and the principle of coupling, puts forward some specific countermeasures for the development of the red tourism destination coupling in the great Xibaipo slope, including the coupling of tourism space, the coupling of tourism products, the coupling of tourism image, the coupling of tourism regulation mechanism and the coupling of tourism marketing strategy.
The seventh part summarizes the full text and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
