忻州市低碳旅游发展模式研究

【摘要】：近几年来，低碳旅游的发展进行的如火如荼，引起了业界和旅游者极大的关注。低碳旅游之所以备受关注，与近年大力倡导发展低碳经济有很大的关系。低碳旅游是在发展低碳经济的背景之下的提出的。2009年5月，在世界经济论坛“走向低碳的旅行及旅游业”的报告中首次提出了低碳旅游的概念。改革开放以来我国经济快速发展，然而与之而来的气候环境问题却困扰着我们，在这样的背景下，低碳旅游的发展显得尤为重要。进入21世纪后，我国旅游业成为了国民经济的支柱产业和新的经济增长点，这就要求旅游业要顺应时代的要求，推行低碳旅游战略，，实现可持续发展。本文以低碳经济、循环经济、生态旅游理论作为理论支撑，参考国内外大量文献对低碳旅游的概念和内涵进行了探讨；在忻州市旅游资源的基础上，运用碳足迹等计算方法，分析了忻州市发展低碳旅游的必要性；运用实证分析法、模型分析法等方法构建了忻州市低碳旅游模式；选取了三个有代表性的旅游景区进行了进一步论证，为忻州市旅游业实现可持续发展提供参考。全文的内容如下：第一部分主要介绍了文章研究的背景，提出了研究框架及创新点。第二部分介绍了与低碳旅游相关的一些理论，对低碳旅游的概念以及与其它理论的关系进行了阐述，为后文奠定了理论基础。第三部分对忻州市的概况，运用SWOT方法分析了忻州市旅游发展的前景。第四部分阐明忻州市旅游碳排放途径，论证发展忻州市低碳旅游的必要性和可行性。第五部分从理论上指明忻州市低碳旅游发展的总体思路，构建了忻州市低碳旅游发展模式，列举案例以供参考。第六部分对本文的研究进行了总结，并提出存在的不足。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of low-carbon tourism is in full swing, which has attracted great attention of the industry and tourists. The reason why low-carbon tourism attracts much attention is related to the development of low-carbon economy in recent years. Low-carbon tourism is proposed in the context of the development of low-carbon economy. In May 2009, the concept of low-carbon tourism was first put forward in the report of the World Economic Forum "Travel and Tourism towards low carbon". Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, China's economy has developed rapidly, but the problems of climate and environment have puzzled us. Under this background, the development of low-carbon tourism is particularly important. After entering the 21st century, tourism has become a pillar industry and a new economic growth point of the national economy, which requires the tourism industry to comply with the requirements of the times, carry out low-carbon tourism strategy, and achieve sustainable development. Based on the theories of low-carbon economy, circular economy and ecotourism, this paper discusses the concept and connotation of low-carbon tourism with reference to a large number of literatures at home and abroad, and applies the calculation methods of carbon footprint on the basis of Xinzhou's tourism resources. This paper analyzes the necessity of developing low-carbon tourism in Xinzhou City, constructs the low-carbon tourism model of Xinzhou City by means of empirical analysis and model analysis, and selects three representative tourist spots for further demonstration. It provides a reference for the sustainable development of Xinzhou tourism. The content of this paper is as follows: the first part introduces the background of the research, and puts forward the research framework and innovation. The second part introduces some theories related to low-carbon tourism, expounds the concept of low-carbon tourism and the relationship between low-carbon tourism and other theories, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following articles. The third part analyzes the prospect of Xinzhou's tourism development by SWOT method. The fourth part expounds the ways of carbon emission in Xinzhou tourism, and proves the necessity and feasibility of developing low-carbon tourism in Xinzhou. The fifth part points out the general idea of low-carbon tourism development in Xinzhou City theoretically, constructs the low-carbon tourism development model of Xinzhou City, and enumerates the cases for reference. The sixth part summarizes the research of this paper, and puts forward the shortcomings.
