武汉市乡村旅游空间分布及市场特征研究

【摘要】:本文以武汉为案例地区,从地理学的空间结构视角研究武汉市的乡村旅游空间布局、乡村旅游点的分布规律和旅游产品空间结构。同时,通过对武汉市乡村旅游市场需求特征进行调查分析,以期为乡村旅游的产品开发提供理论指导,帮助乡村旅游相关利益者进行决策。 运用Googlemaps、Coreldraw工具,本文从乡村旅游的发展阶段、旅游产品的空间结构和乡村旅游交通的空间结构三方面对武汉市乡村旅游的时空分布进行分析。武汉市乡村旅游空间分布方面的主要结论有:①时间上,武汉市乡村旅游发展可以划分为三个阶段,乡村旅游点的数量逐年增长,并在某个阶段发展迅速;空间上,武汉北部黄陂区、西部的东西湖区和蔡甸区、东南部的江夏的乡村旅游发展较早且十分集中;②武汉市乡村旅游景点属于相对集聚分布的空间形态;乡村旅游点各个远城区都有分布,尤其以北部黄陂区、西部的东西湖区和蔡甸区、东南部的江夏区较为集中成片,并且品质较高;③武汉市乡村旅游点分布在两个圈层:即距市中心30KM范围内的近郊乡村休闲旅游带和60KM范围的远郊乡村体验度假旅游带;④武汉乡村旅游产品的主要类型有乡村度假型、农业观光型、专业村及农家乐产品、生态观光型等。 武汉市乡村旅游客源市场特征方面,通过对调查问卷和前文研究成果进行综合分析,得出以下几点结论:①武汉市乡村旅游的参与者,年龄主要集中在20岁至35岁的年轻人,其职业以政府工作人员、学生、企业员工为主;②武汉市乡村旅游的参与者主要集中于武汉中心城区居民;③大多数旅游者能接受的交通距离是1至2小时的车程;④农家菜、采摘、拓展运动、垂钓及特色农产品采购是乡村旅游出游的主要动机;⑤自驾车仍是武汉市乡村旅游出行的主要方式,其次是公交车。⑥发展较早的知名乡村旅游片区仍是旅游者首选的目的地;⑦乡村旅游的出游伙伴一般是关系亲密的朋友、家人、同学;⑧乡村旅游点的景观和生态以及环境卫生是乡村旅游参与者最注重的两大因素;⑨武汉市乡村旅游人均花费较低,近6成游客花费少于100元;⑩口碑宣传和网络搜索是人们获取乡旅游点信息的主要途径。
[Abstract]:Taking Wuhan as a case study, this paper studies the spatial distribution of rural tourism, the distribution of rural tourism spots and the spatial structure of tourism products in Wuhan from the perspective of geographical spatial structure. At the same time, the demand characteristics of rural tourism market in Wuhan are investigated and analyzed in order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of rural tourism products and help rural tourism stakeholders to make decisions. Using the tool of Google maps and CorelDraw, this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution of rural tourism in Wuhan from three aspects: the development stage of rural tourism, the spatial structure of tourism products and the spatial structure of rural tourism traffic. The main conclusions of the spatial distribution of rural tourism in Wuhan are: 1: 1, the development of rural tourism in Wuhan can be divided into three stages, the number of rural tourism spots increases year by year and develops rapidly at a certain stage. Huangpi district in the north of Wuhan, Dongxihu district and Cai Dian district in the west, and rural tourism in Jiangxia in the southeast developed earlier and concentrated very much. 2 the rural tourist attractions in Wuhan belong to the spatial form of relative agglomeration and distribution; The rural tourist spots are distributed in the far urban areas, especially in the northern Huangpi district, the east west lake district and the Cai Dian district in the west, and the Jiangxia district in the southeast is relatively concentrated, and the quality is relatively high; (3) the rural tourism spots in Wuhan are distributed in two layers: the rural leisure tourism zone in the suburbs within the 30KM range of the city center and the rural experience vacation tourism belt in the 60KM area. 4 the main types of rural tourism products in Wuhan are rural vacation tourism products. Agricultural sightseeing, professional villages and agricultural products, ecological sightseeing, etc. In terms of the characteristics of the rural tourist market in Wuhan, through the comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire and the previous research results, we can draw the following conclusions: 1 the participants of the rural tourism in Wuhan are mainly young people aged 20 to 35. Its occupations are mainly government workers, students, and enterprise employees. The participants in rural tourism in Wuhan City are mainly concentrated in Wuhan Central District residents. Most tourists can accept transportation distance of 1 to 2 hours by car. Picking, expanding sports, fishing and purchasing characteristic agricultural products are the main motivations for rural tourism trips. 5. Self-driving is still the main way to travel in rural areas in Wuhan. Secondly, the famous rural tourism area, which developed earlier, is still the preferred destination for tourists. The travel partners of rural tourism are generally close friends, family members and classmates. (8) the landscape, ecology and environmental sanitation of rural tourist spots are the two most important factors that rural tourism participants pay attention to. 9. The per capita expenditure of rural tourism in Wuhan is low, and nearly 60% of tourists spend less than 100 yuan; Word-of-mouth propaganda and network search are the main ways for people to obtain information about rural tourist spots.
