乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游者行为特征研究

【摘要】:我国的自驾车旅游在20世纪90年代逐步兴起,随着私家车保有量的增加、人们生活水平的提高、休闲观念的转变以及公路网络的不断改善逐渐发展起来。2008年至今自驾车旅游开始呈现爆发式增长并慢慢走向成熟。凭借着独特的地理位置和资源优势,近几年新疆自驾车旅游发展势头强劲,乌鲁木齐是新疆的首府,是新疆自驾车旅游发展最快且具有代表性的地区,市场潜力巨大。本文从理论和实践两个方面对乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游者行为特征进行了初步的探讨,通过查阅相关资料、问卷调查、实地访谈的方法,运用相关软件对数据进行统计分析,对乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游者行为特征进行相关研究,得出以下结论: (1)乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游者主力是由社会中年富力强、受教育程度高、收入较高的人士组成,消费能力相对较强。 (2)乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游者以私家车人群为主,,多为散客出游,节假日出游特征明显,自驾车游客多与亲友结伴自助出游。 (3)自驾车旅游目的地多是紧邻客源市场,以疆内为主旅游是目前乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游市场的大空间范围。 (4)乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游者自驾游运动轨迹边缘化明显,游览地点较为集中,倾向于级别较高的景点访问,自驾车旅游产品的开发亟待加强。 (5)除亲朋好友推荐外,网络是目前获取自驾车旅游信息最主要的途径,旅行社、汽车租赁公司对市场的介入不够。 (6)安全成为了乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游者出游考虑的首要因素,相应设施不够完善。自驾车旅游市场发展处于初级阶段,产品开发属于尝试性阶段,市场化水平不高。乌鲁木齐市自驾车旅游发展对策:加强市场宣传;营销渠道采取网络化和多元化并重;细分客源市场;加强资源整合和区域合作,深度挖掘自驾车旅游产品路线;完善相关基础设施;建立救援保障体系;加强宣传教育;加强市场的培育与规范。
[Abstract]:The self-driving tourism of our country gradually rises in the 1990s. With the increase of private car ownership, people's living standard is improved. The concept of leisure has changed and the road network has been improving. Since 2008, since the beginning of driving tourism has shown explosive growth and slowly maturing. With its unique geographical location and resource advantages, Xinjiang self-driving tourism development momentum is strong in recent years, Urumqi is the capital of Xinjiang, Xinjiang self-driving tourism development is the fastest and representative region, the market potential is huge. In this paper, the behavior characteristics of self-driving tourists in Urumqi are preliminarily discussed in terms of theory and practice. Through consulting relevant materials, questionnaires, field interviews, and using relevant software to carry out statistical analysis of the data, this paper analyzes the behavior of self-driving tourists in Urumqi. This paper studies the behavior characteristics of self-driving tourists in Urumqi and draws the following conclusions: Urumqi self-driving tourists are mainly composed of young people with high education and high income and relatively strong consumption ability. (2) the self-driving tourists in Urumqi are mainly private cars, most of them are individual tourists, and the characteristics of holiday trips are obvious. The self-driving tourists often travel with their relatives and friends. 3) Self-driving tourism destinations are mostly adjacent to the tourist market, and the main tourism in Xinjiang is the large space range of the present self-driving tourism market in Urumqi. 4) in Urumqi, the self-driving tourists' self-driving travel track is obviously marginalized, the tourist sites are more concentrated, and they tend to visit the higher-level scenic spots, so the development of self-driving tourism products needs to be strengthened urgently. In addition to the recommendation of relatives and friends, the Internet is the most important way to obtain self-driving travel information. Travel agencies and car rental companies do not intervene enough in the market. Safety has become the first factor to consider for the travel of self-driving tourists in Urumqi, and the corresponding facilities are not perfect. The development of self-driving tourism market is in the primary stage, the product development belongs to the trial stage, the marketization level is not high. Urumqi self-driving tourism development countermeasure: strengthen the market propaganda; the marketing channel adopts the network and the diversification equally emphasizes; subdivides the passenger source market; strengthens the resources conformity and the regional cooperation, excavates the self-driving traveling product route deeply; Improve related infrastructure; establish rescue guarantee system; strengthen publicity and education; strengthen the cultivation and regulation of the market.
