台儿庄古城保护性旅游开发研究

【摘要】:当前,我国各地文化旅游业发展如火如荼,文化旅游促进了文化遗产保护传承与旅游相结合,推动了旅游经济和现代服务业发展。但是,目前文化遗产地的旅游状况存在着旅游大于保护的问题,有效解决文化遗产旅游与保护之间的矛盾关系,实际上只有建立在保护基础之上的旅游才是遗产地文化旅游的可持续发展之路。 台儿庄历史悠久,形成于汉代,繁荣于明清,康熙皇帝曾称赞台儿庄“风光与江南水乡别无二致”,六下江南的乾隆皇帝御赐为“天下第一庄”。1938年春的台儿庄大战让英雄的台儿庄名扬世界,台儿庄被誉为中华民族扬威不屈之地,台儿庄古城也被战火摧毁。枣庄作为东部地区唯一的资源枯竭型城市,在城市转型方面选择发展文化旅游为突破口,将台儿庄古城旅游开发作为发展文化旅游的龙头。2008年枣庄市重建台儿庄古城,2010年5月1日正式开城,截至目前,台儿庄古城已接待游客440万人次,2012被评为5A级景区,带动了枣庄旅游业的腾飞,创造了“政府培育市场、市场拉动消费、消费带动投资、投资推动转型”的资源枯竭城市发展旅游的新模式。 本文通过对台儿庄古城概况包括自然地理状况的描述,进而对台儿庄古城文化特征分析,评价台儿庄古城独特的文化价值。通过描述台儿庄古城文化遗产保护与开发现状,采取游客满意度问卷调查来调研分析台儿庄古城核心吸引力,对古城保护性旅游开发的成果和存在的问题进行深入分析,研究台儿庄古城旅游开发在保护文化遗产和发展旅游之间找到一个平衡点,只有在保护前提下进行的开发才是可持续的,才能实现经济效益、社会效益的统一。同时,通过对台儿庄古城旅游开发进行SWOT分析,从内部因素优势和劣势,外部环境机会和威胁等四个方面进行详细的分析,认为台儿庄古城应该采取开拓发展型战略,遵循“内强素质、外树形象、打造品牌、分类开发”的原则,实现台儿庄古城旅游业的快速腾飞,成为国内外知名的旅游目的地。 通过对台儿庄古城保护性旅游开发的案例研究,对资源型城市转型,尤其对文化遗产地更好地处理保护与开发的关系,,如何在保护文化遗产地原真性的基础上进行开发,推动旅游业和服务业发展提供一窥之见。
[Abstract]:At present, cultural tourism in various parts of our country is developing in full swing. Cultural tourism promotes the combination of cultural heritage protection and tourism, and promotes the development of tourism economy and modern service industry. However, at present, the tourism situation of cultural heritage sites has the problem that tourism is greater than protection, which effectively solves the contradiction between cultural heritage tourism and protection. In fact, only tourism based on protection is the sustainable development of cultural tourism in heritage areas. Taierzhuang had a long history, formed in the Han Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Emperor Kangxi once praised Taierzhuang as "the scenery is the same as the water village in the south of the Yangtze River." The Emperor Qianlong in the south of the Yangtze River is the first Zhuang in the world. The war in the spring of 1938 made the hero Taierzhuang famous in the world. Taierzhuang was praised as the unyielding land of the Chinese nation, and the ancient city of Taierzhuang was destroyed by war. As the only resource-exhausted city in the eastern region, Zaozhuang chose to develop cultural tourism as a breakthrough in urban transformation. The tourism development of the ancient city of Taierzhuang is regarded as the leader of the development of cultural tourism. In 2008, Zaozhuang rebuilt the ancient city of Taierzhuang and officially opened the city on May 1, 2010. Up to now, the ancient city of Taierzhuang has received 4.4 million tourists and has been rated as 5A class scenic spot in 2012. It has promoted the rapid development of Zaozhuang tourism, and has created a new mode of developing tourism in resource-exhausted cities, which is "the government cultivates the market, the market stimulates consumption, consumption leads investment, and investment drives the transformation". By describing the general situation of Taierzhuang ancient city including the natural geographical situation, and then analyzing the cultural characteristics of Taierzhuang ancient city, this paper evaluates the unique cultural value of Taierzhuang ancient city. By describing the present situation of cultural heritage protection and development in Taierzhuang ancient city, adopting the questionnaire survey of tourist satisfaction to investigate and analyze the core attraction of Taierzhuang ancient city, the achievements and problems existing in the development of protective tourism in Taierzhuang city are deeply analyzed. This paper studies the balance between the protection of cultural heritage and the development of tourism in the ancient city of Taierzhuang. Only under the premise of protection can the development be sustainable, and the unity of economic and social benefits can be realized. At the same time, through the SWOT analysis of the tourism development of the ancient city of Taierzhuang, from the four aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of the internal factors, the opportunities and threats of the external environment, the author thinks that the ancient city of Taierzhuang should adopt the strategy of developing and developing. Follow the principle of "strong quality inside, outside the tree image, building brand, classified development", to realize the rapid development of tourism in Taierzhuang ancient city, become a well-known tourist destination at home and abroad. Through the case study on the development of protective tourism in Taierzhuang ancient city, the transformation of resource-based cities, especially the relationship between protection and development of cultural heritage sites, and how to develop them on the basis of protecting the authenticity of cultural heritage sites are discussed. Promoting tourism and services offers a glimpse.
