基于CVM的文化遗产修复价值评价研究——以大连凌水寺为例

【摘要】：利用条件评价法对大连凌水寺遗址恢复性重建的经济价值进行评价,试图揭示这一特定文化遗址的经济价值,及影响居民意愿支付的主要因素。CVM评价过程采用二元选择模型对数据进行分析,根据模型的估计结果显示:年长的居民对本地区古寺的修复有着浓厚的感情,居住20年及以上消费人群的WTP明显高于居住20年以下消费人群,居民平均支付意愿为115元,高于政府用于古寺修复的人均82元预算成本。此外,受访者对凌水寺熟悉程度、家庭收入、年龄、居住时间等变量对意愿支付均有显著的影响(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:This paper evaluates the economic value of the restoration and reconstruction of the Lingshui Temple site in Dalian by using the method of condition evaluation, and tries to reveal the economic value of this particular cultural site. The main factors affecting the residents' willingness to pay. The CVM evaluation process uses the binary selection model to analyze the data. According to the estimated results of the model, the elderly residents have strong feelings for the restoration of the ancient temple in this area. The WTP of the consumers who lived for 20 years or more was obviously higher than that of the consumers who lived under 20 years. The average willingness to pay was 115yuan, which was higher than the estimated cost of 82 yuan per capita used by the government for the restoration of the ancient temple. In addition, the interviewees' familiarity with Lingshui Temple, family income, age and residence time had significant effects on willingness to pay.
