四川省旅游产业竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:旅游产业作为国民经济中的重要产业,对国民经济的健康稳定发展起着重大的促进作用。改革开放以来,我国旅游业得到了快速发展,我国内部各省对旅游业发展也越来越重视,各省的旅游竞争也越来越激烈。研究其他行业竞争力(比如工业)的国内外学者开始转向对旅游产业竞争力的研究,并且,区域旅游业产业竞争力的研究具有非常重要的理论意义和实践意义。 四川省的旅游资源禀赋在全国名列前茅,通过四川省旅游相关部门的大力支持,旅游产业得到了一定的发展,旅游产业竞争力逐渐提高。但四川省却不是旅游强省,拥有的旅游资源和在全国各省的旅游产业竞争力排名不匹配。因此,研究四川省旅游业产业竞争力并构建评价体系对其进行评价,从而根据评价结果提出相应的发展策略对四川省旅游业的发展提供重要的指导,旅游业的发展现在已成为区域国民经济发展中的重要组成部分,因此,四川旅游业的发展也可以促进当地经济的发展。 本论文采用产业经济学、旅游学和区域经济学等相关理论,运用定量分析、横向对比分析及实证分析对四川省旅游产业竞争力进行评价研究。试着运用资源禀赋理论、竞争优势理论、核心竞争力理论、系统理论和可持续发展理论中涉及的相关要素,结合国内外区域产业竞争力评价模型,并结合本地区自身特殊影响因素,通过考虑各种因素对区域产业竞争力的影响程度和数据收集难易,建立了适合四川省旅游产业竞争力研究的评价指标体系,该论文构建了2个一级指标,5个二级指标和21个三级指标,认为旅游产业竞争力影响因素由旅游收入、旅游收入增长率、入境旅游人数、旅游企业利润率等因素构成。本文运用SPSS17.0软件,结合因子分析法对四川省旅游业产业竞争力进行了实证分析,将四川省的旅游产业竞争力与全国其他三十个省进行横向比较,并量化出四川省的旅游业在全国的竞争力排名,从全国31个省的旅游竞争力排名来看,四川省旅游产业综合竞争力排名第9位,其中,现实竞争力居全国10位,其中市场绩效因子排名18位,产业结构因子排名第7位,旅游企业资产使用效率因子排名第10位,旅游市场效益不高是导致现实竞争力排名靠后的主要原因;潜在竞争力居全国9位,其中旅游接待能力因子排名12位,旅游自然和人力资源因子排名第7位,旅游企业资产规模因子排名第12位,旅游自然和人力资源因子促进了四川旅游业潜在竞争力整体水平的提高。从整体上可以看出旅游业现实竞争力成为了四川旅游产业综合竞争力提升的制约因素,旅游产业综合竞争力主要靠其潜在竞争力拉动。通过评价结果,以及与其他旅游产业综合竞争力靠前的省相比,分析出四川省与其他旅游发达省相比所具有的优势和劣势,从而找出影响四川旅游业发展的积极因素和制约因素,挖掘出提升四川省旅游产业的现实竞争力和潜在竞争力的着力点,提出培育和提升四川省旅游产业综合竞争力的方法和建议,把四川省的旅游资源优势转化为真正的竞争优势。
[Abstract]:As an important industry in the national economy, tourism industry has played an important role in promoting the healthy and stable development of the national economy. Since the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has been developing rapidly. The provinces in our country have paid more and more attention to the development of tourism, and the competition of tourism in all provinces is becoming more and more intense. The domestic and foreign scholars at home and abroad have begun to turn to the research on the competitiveness of the tourism industry, and the research on the competitiveness of regional tourism industry has very important theoretical and practical significance.
Sichuan province's tourism resource endowment is among the top of the country. Through the strong support of the tourism related departments of Sichuan Province, the tourism industry has been developed and the competitiveness of the tourism industry is increasing gradually. But Sichuan province is not a strong tourist province, and the tourism resources are not matched in the competitiveness of the tourism industry in all the provinces in the country. Sichuan tourism industry competitiveness and evaluation system to evaluate it, thus according to the results of the evaluation of the corresponding development strategy to provide important guidance for the development of tourism in Sichuan Province, the development of tourism has now become an important part of the development of regional national economy, therefore, the development of tourism in Sichuan is also possible Promote the development of the local economy.
This paper uses the related theories of industrial economics, tourism and regional economics to evaluate the competitiveness of tourism industry in Sichuan province by quantitative analysis, lateral contrast analysis and empirical analysis. The paper tries to apply the theory of resource endowment, the theory of competitive advantage, the theory of core competitiveness, the theory of system and the theory of sustainable development. Related factors, combined with the evaluation model of regional industrial competitiveness at home and abroad, and combining the special influence factors of the region, by considering the influence degree of various factors on the regional industrial competitiveness and the difficulty of data collection, the evaluation index system suitable for the study of the competitiveness of Sichuan tourism industry is set up. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the competitiveness of tourism industry in Sichuan province by using SPSS17.0 software and combines the factor analysis method to make the tourism production in Sichuan province. The competitiveness of the industry is compared with the other thirty provinces in the country and quantifies the competitiveness ranking of Sichuan's tourism industry in the country. From the ranking of the competitiveness of the 31 provinces in the country, the comprehensive competitiveness of the tourism industry in Sichuan is ranked ninth, of which the real competitiveness ranks 10 in the country, of which the market performance factors are ranked 18, and the industry is tied up. The structure factor ranks seventh place, the tourism enterprise assets use efficiency factor ranks tenth place, the tourism market benefit is not high is the main reason leading to the reality competitiveness ranking back, the potential competitiveness ranks 9 in the country, among which the tourist reception ability factor ranks 12, the tourism nature and the human resource factor rank seventh place, the tourism enterprise asset scale causes In the twelfth place, tourism natural and human resource factors have promoted the improvement of the overall level of the potential competitiveness of the tourism industry in Sichuan. As a whole, it can be seen that the realistic competitiveness of the tourism industry has become a limiting factor for the promotion of the comprehensive competitiveness of the tourism industry in Sichuan. The comprehensive competitiveness of the tourism industry is mainly driven by its potential competitiveness. As a result, compared with other provinces in the comprehensive competitiveness of tourism industry, the advantages and disadvantages of Sichuan province and other tourism developed provinces are analyzed, so as to find out the positive and restrictive factors that affect the development of Sichuan tourism, and to dig out the focus of improving the realistic and potential competitiveness of the tourism industry in Sichuan province. It puts forward the methods and suggestions to cultivate and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Sichuan's tourism industry, and transform Sichuan's tourism resources into real competitive advantages.
