基于体验视角的牟氏庄园文化旅游产品开发

【摘要】:体验经济的到来,为地主庄园的发展带来了难得的发展机遇,也对其经营管理提出了新的挑战。地主庄园作为一种独特的建筑类型,可以让游客感受建筑、历史、民俗之美,为了让游客在地主庄园有更高质量的旅游体验,景区需要分析游客的需要、感受,将旅游体验的理念贯穿到地主庄园旅游产品的设计之中,让游客充分体验地主庄园文化,提升游客的旅游体验质量。 文章选取烟台栖霞牟氏庄园作为研究对象,围绕如何提升游客的旅游体验质量,在理论综述、问卷调查、实地考察的基础上,通过SPSS统计分析软件,运用因子分析、方差分析等统计学研究方法,得出了2个结论:牟氏庄园游客期待更多的参与性活动和更低的门票价格;牟氏庄园旅游体验要素包括景区服务、景区基础设施及整体态度、景区资源特色3个方面的结论。同时分析牟氏庄园的特色以及其市场开发状况,提出牟氏庄园旅游产品开发的构想:围绕牟氏庄园的特色进行旅游主题的设计;对牟氏庄园的历史文化进行动态展示:制作、播放牟氏庄园DVD;开发体验胶东民俗的参与性活动:制作花馍馍、剪纸;在门票与旅游纪念品的设计中加入牟氏庄园的特色文化因素;建设与牟氏庄园建筑风格一致的酒店、购物场所等配套服务设施:制定适合其客源市场收入水平的门票价格;实行人性化的景区服务,让游客在游览的过程中身心愉悦。 文章的立意在于总结现有理论和牟氏庄园开发现状的基础上,以问卷调查为基础,分析如何提升游客的旅游体验质量的问题,希望对牟氏庄园的旅游产品开发工作起到一定的参考意义与现实价值。
[Abstract]:The coming of experience economy brings a rare opportunity for the development of landlords and manors, as well as a new challenge to its management. As a unique architectural type, the landlord Manor can let tourists feel the beauty of architecture, history and folklore. In order to make tourists have a higher quality tourism experience in the landlord Manor, the scenic spots need to analyze the needs and feelings of tourists. Through the concept of tourism experience into the design of the tourism products of the landlord estate, let the tourists fully experience the culture of the landlord estate, and improve the quality of tourists' tourism experience. This paper selects Qixia Mou Manor in Yantai as the research object. On the basis of theoretical review, questionnaire survey and field investigation, the author uses factor analysis through SPSS statistical analysis software, focusing on how to improve the tourist experience quality. Based on variance analysis and other statistical research methods, two conclusions are drawn: Mou Manor tourists expect more participatory activities and lower ticket prices; Mou Manor tourism experience elements include scenic services, scenic infrastructure and overall attitude. At the same time, it analyzes the characteristics of Mou's manor and its market development situation, and puts forward the conception of Mou's manor's tourism product development: the design of tourism theme around the characteristics of Mou's manor, the dynamic display of Mou's manor's history and culture: making, Play Mou's manor DVD; develop and experience the participating activities of Jiaodong folk customs: making steamed bun and paper-cut; adding the unique cultural factors of Mou's manor to the design of tickets and tourist souvenirs; building a hotel that is consistent with the architectural style of Mou's Manor, Shopping places and other supporting service facilities: set the ticket price suitable to the income level of the tourist market; carry out the humanized scenic area service so that tourists can enjoy themselves and body in the process of sightseeing. The purpose of the article is to summarize the existing theories and the current situation of Mou's manor development. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes how to improve the tourist experience quality. It is hoped that it will play a certain reference and practical value in the development of tourism products of Mou's Manor.
